Make background transparent widget for use in a DPS article

Hi all

I try to make the background of a completely transparent widget. Is this possible.

I have created an Accordion widget in Muse, exported to HTML page and then loaded this file into a superposition of web content framework (thanks Bob for your help).

I made the bottom of the accordion in both header and body copy no fill (as well as the race).

But when loading the HTML in Indesign, I find myself with a white background.

Have searched the net for a solution, with joy.

Anyone encountered this problem or issue?

Thank you as always.

Hello

In Muse, you can also adjust the opacity (transparency), objects used in your site. Please refer to this screenshot: -.

    Hello

    I tried to find a way make the background Transparent on the Flash CS5 for BlackBerry Tablet Simulator AIR Application and I think it has to do with my *-app.xml file.  I saw another forum mention adding the tag and the parameter 'true '.  I put it inside my tags and my .bar file would not always compile using the command line package.  As soon as I remove the label of , I can compile the .bar file and view it in the simulator of the tablet.  Does anyone have advice?

    You must assign the value true in the file of your blackberry - tablet.xml, no not your - app.xml file.

    I am trying to apply a positioning widget to a simple contact form. Is this possible? Muse is not allow me to assign a graphic style for the contact widget.

    You can apply effects of form and then save it as a library for use in other pages, I think it's a third party widget on the widget.

  • How to make background Transparent?

    Hello

    Can you please tell me or show me the best way to remove the white background of the following image.

    lp (1).jpgI use photoshop CC and tried to use the magic wand, the magnetic lasso but neither worked. Y at - it a tutorial that I can study to learn the best way to achieve this. Your contribution would be greatly appreciated that I need to be able to insert just the cap on a dark background in the header for a Web site.

    Thank you.

    As the CAP is largely white, with shades of gray, try to select the white background is not working properly. With simple described like that its best to use the pen to draw around the CAP to create a path. Once you have the path, you can easily convert it to a selection and create a layer mask. Then, the bottom will be gone or at least be hidden. It should look like this. You will find that if you save my picture, it has a transparent background. I spent 30 seconds on the way, but if you do it yourself and do the lines curved it will look better.

    Hope that helps

    OK, the selector with an attribute for XHTML unminimized attributes value does not work when the attributes are defined using DOM methods. As the presence of the attribute that is important rather than its value, an attribute value selector is sufficient:

    input[readonly] {
      background-color: #ccc;
    }

    Depending on your needs, you can add a switch to reading only as well s textareaand perhaps restrict the input- selector function to text elements to avoid the weird search boxes etc.:

    input[type="text"][readonly],
    textarea[readonly] {
      background-color: #ccc;
    }

  • The best way to set default styles in the libraries of widget for use by the public?

    I am putting together a code to go with my blog, and it will include a custom component. I would like to than the default component to use a style that I set, but I also want the user to be able to replace it easily. Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do it?

    I see that the range slider [url http://www.jidesoft.com/blog/2011/10/04/meet-our-first-javafx-component/] of JideSoft we explicitly setting the skin in code in their example. Ideally the end-user would not do that. So, what is the best practice? Should I create a skin for my component and then set the style in my code? Should I set a basic style sheet that somehow always is imported, etc.?

    Essentially, I want to have my base of work styles in the same way that caspian.css is - is possible?

    I gave a talk at JavaOne on creating custom controls, perhaps the slides can be useful in answering some of your questions. I blogged about my three talking:

  • What is the best way to remove a white background seamless photo with a photo of the white product in order to make the background transparent for the production of graphic art?

    engle catalog July 31 201568295.jpgI'm making a picture of the product of a product of pale whitish color on a white background without sewing (quite complex detail).  I need to make the background transparent for the web and the production of catalogs, I've always used the pen tool to create a clipping path.  Is there an easier way?

    According to the image that you have to work with, you could try an initial with the Quick Selection tool and refine edges.  Save the new output layer with layer mask.

    Hi adamk,.

    Greetings!

    Yes it is possible to easily select the pixels and the removal of these pixels.

    Measures

    Open this image in Photoshop

    Click on the lock icon in the layers panel and that convert a layer. (Layer 1 for example)

    Create a layer in the same image twice. (Layer 2 for example)

    Display the first layer by clicking on the "eye" icon.

    Click on layer 2 and select the area using any tool selection (quick selection, lasso, pen)

    Tap on delete key BACKSPACE on mac or Windows and delete the pixels.

  • How to change the color of a scanned document writing and make the background transparent

    I'm a newbie using Photoshop elements 11 and tempting - without success so far - to edit a document, I have scanned so I can upload it to a custom fabric printing service. I already scanned a handwritten recipe in color .tif format (which seems black and white, because the original is written black on white background). I also resized the image of 14 "x 23". I need help is:

    1. I want to change the color from black to red writing (specifically in the hexadecimal code cd0303).

    "2. I also want to add a border of 2" wide solid color in the same red around the 14"x 23" the recipe image (so the final image will be 18 "x 27".

    3. I want to make the background transparent instead of white recipe and to make sure that the background remains transparent when I download the final image to .png format printing service so that only the red writing and the border will be printed on the fabric.

    I would appreciate directions to do these things. For reasons I don't understand, when I created a file empty and set the color of the background transparent, then tried to make the changes I want, somewhere along the way the background changes to black.

    Thank you very much!

    Try this:

    1. Open your scanned document and do not forget that there is good contrast. The native scan may need help.
    2. Duplicate the background layer, then turn off the visibility of the background layer by clicking on the "eye" icon. Work on the background copy layer
    3. Download the magic wand out of the toolbox tool, tolerance set at 32 (may have to experiment with this value), uncheck the "contiguous"... Left-click on a substantive area white. Press DELETE on the keyboard. Press CTRL + D to get rid of the dotted moving line.
    4. Set your foreground on cd0303 color chip
    5. CTRL + left click on the thumbnail of the layer with the writing, then edit > fill selection > foreground color
    6. Press CTRL + D
    7. Go to Select >, then change stroke (outline) selection. Race position inside, fixed width of race based on
    8. Remove the background layer, and then save to the file format which preserves transparency.

    You must return it in a codec that supports Alpha channels, Yoda!

    Make a Quicktime movie.  Use the AE render queue.  Do not export.  When you add the comp to the render queue, open the output Module settings.

    Select a QuickTime.  Choose either Quicktime codecs PNG or Animation.  Set one or the other millions of colors +, RGB + Alpha and set it straight (i.e. NOT premultiplied).  Then choose a destination folder, save the project and press the record button.

    A channeled quicktime alpha you will do.
