  Use the split of the digital number primitive > pallet of data manipulation.  If your number is a signed integer, you must be careful about the sign bit and negative values, although those who are not relevant for ASCII characters.

  IAM using JDE 4.6. I used to debug the code until yesterday. But suddenly, I couldn't able to debug the code. When I insert a debugger, it does'nt stop there during execution. If I try inserting the debugger during execution, an error pops up "no executable code to the selected line. Help, please.

  What happens to me when I am debugging the device on the Sim Card and the code for the device or the Sim Card does not exactly match the JDE.  Recompilation and the commissioning the device or the Sim Card with the new code usually fixes it.  Give it a try.

  I have a laptop HP 650 with windows 8. The dvd drive does not recognize CDs or DVDs more. In properties, it says: "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its information of configuration (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged.   Can you open the Device Manager and click on the CD/DVD drive and select "Uninstall" > OK

  To uninstall and restart the computer and let Windows redetect and reinstall the drive.

  I just started using the testbed and I use it with CVI. I am running version 4.2.1 of testbed.   I'm currently trying to set up my "*.c files" of project folder appropriate to compile and run under the simple testexe of test bench and also tried the normal sequence editor. Currently, I moved all the *.c files &.h taken in charge in the same directory where the testexec.c... .not sure if it's the best place to put it?... It seems to work OK. However, I saw a few problems once the program is running. Is to show signs cited in my CVI functions but it shows as not fatal execution error: "position of unknown source, library function error, Panel, bar menu, control or a table handle is invalid" before and after pop up window panels. I tried breakpoint to the line of code in a CVI file to the project title for additional information about the error, but it seems that the breaking point is not being invoked as it does NOT run in debug in CVI mode and rather an executable. Across the service installed on the project file are *.c and not *.obj.   Thank you Joel S. Before I could put your advice into practice a friend recommended a friend who advised me to do a system restore, which he said he would be happy to do it for me. So look like an easy option, I agreed. It seems to have solved the problem (fingers crossed), but now it seems that I need to format the hard drive.   I guess the event changed field is called twice, once deselection button1 and once to select button2. you pay your processing logic to account for this.
