  I am running XP Pro SP3 on a Dell Dimension 4550 desktop computer, I can't get Adobe flash player install and cannot view a video in one of the browsers.   When you posted the app there is a manufactured file, probably in your publication record (beside where will be created the SWF file). The name of the file looks like this:

  AppName - app.xml

  I heard so much Adobe Flash, causing problems. Hesitate to install, any input would be appreciated.

  As long that you get only by Adobe and Flash keep up-to-date, it is reasonably safe.

  I would get rid of it entirely if there still were not the sites that I visit regularly and who do not work correctly without it.
