  I just bought a BB Curve 8900 & I love it – but I have a little problem with my internet browser - it works with Wifi - my wife has one as well and his works perfectly. I looked at the configuration and its browser options are as follows: browser: Internet, T-mobile, Hotspot browser.

  My doesn't have the option "Internet browser" only t-mobile and hotspot.

  Can someone help me on how to get this out there so that I can connect via wifi?

I tried to use ethernet and WiFi connections and the same question. MacBook Pro my husband (WiFi) and our iPhones are MUCH faster, even if far from the router. My computer is directly connected to the router and located next to it.

  I have a desktop gateway PC running Windows 8.1. I need to update my version of Safari, because there are things that I can't do until I update my Safari browser. Currently I have 5.1.7. Whenever I have download what I think, it's a version update always comes out as 5.1.7. I said that there is a version 11. Is this true and how do I get it? Thank you.

  I just got the "BOLD".  When I went to click the browser icon is the browser from MediaNet.  I can't change the homepage on it more, I already have the MediaNet browser as its own separate icon.  My old blackberry was a regular on browser.   Use Autoruns to understand this all starts when your computer's / when you log in.  Look for whatever it is you do not know using Google (or ask here.)  You can hopefully figure out if there are things from when your computer does (or connect) you don't not need and then configure them (through their own built-in mechanisms is the preferred method) so they do not - start using your resources without reason.

  You can download and use Process Explorer to see exactly what is taking your time processor/CPU and memory.  This can help you to identify applications that you might want to consider alternatives for and get rid of all together.
