Manage data source except when starting server in weblogic

I have weblogic 10.3.6, and I set datasource and deploy the application, the problem is when the datasource will not connect to the database, for example if the weblogic Server DB will be status "ADMIN" rather that "RUN", how do I manipulate datasource exception when start weblogic server

I just upgraded my EM 12 c R1 to R2 test environment.
The environment runs on Windows: Server Admin and monitor targets.

After the steps after installation in the migration guide, Weblogic console starts well (using % DOMAIN_HOME%\startWebLogic.cmd), but I'm having trouble to start Enterprise Manager Cloud Control console/web server.

After trying to start the EMGC_OMS1 managed server in WebLogic console, I get the following:

-EMGC_OMS1 State goes to FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE.
-The Server Admin log show the following errors:

I tried the following:

-Write file boot.properties in %DOMAIN_HOME%\servers\EMGC_ADMINSERVER\security and %DOMAIN_HOME%\servers\EMGC_OMS1\security with the credentials for the user the Weblogic admin again.
-Value username and password on "Parameters of EMGC_OMS1" > Configuration > Weblogic Console tab to start the server.

None of them succeeded.

I also compared the former (R1) installation folder with a new one for the R2, but I don't see any relevant difference.

You have suggestions on what can be wrong?

Hi team,

I am trying to connect to the Oracle 9i database using VB code below:

strConnection = "Driver = {Microsoft ODBC for Oracle};" Server = SERVERNAME; UID = username; Pwd = PASSWORD"
Connect = New ADODB. Connection
Connect.Open (strConnection)

The last line throws me below error:

The VB code works well and able to connect to database server dev dev. The same script with the name of the UAT server does not work on server UAT.

The servers are Windows server 2007-32 bit.

When I checked the tab drivers in ODBC Data Source Administrator, dev server entry below:

Microsoft ODBC for Oracle - 6.00.6001.18000 - Microsoft Corporation - MSORCL32.dll - Date

Considering that the UAT server has entered below:

Microsoft ODBC for Oracle-

The Microsoft ODBC driver for oracle is listed in the tab UAT Server drivers, but did not have details of file version & dll. This driver is not installed correctly? If so, how the re install? Please help solve this problem as soon as POSSIBLE.

FRM-92101: there was a failure when starting Server Forms... (R12 charge installation on windows server 2008 32-bit)

I encountered the following error when I try to open the form in oracle EBS R12.1.1
It stuck for a little while and then appears an error message
FRM-92101: there was a failure when starting Server Forms...
(I've never been able to run the form on this)
I ran a vision online forum that works very well which means java is ok.
It is the new installation on windows server 2008 32-bit with costs of database (no vision).
I search on the internet and tested all of the available options, including;
change in the registry for example 1024,12288,1024 etc.
marking the check box for oracle process manager to PROD "allow service to interact with desktop".
check the configuration files of forms (all files of any bad path that I found and corrected)
running files adautocfg.cmd for db and apps (returned errors and can be verified at the following link)

I had this problem and found the solution:

Open the nodemanager.properties ($MW_HOME/wlserver_10.3/common/nodemanager/)
and StartScriptEnabled set to true (default is FALSE). This solves the problem for me.

I came accrossed this kind of problems before, when I checked the log, I found almost the same error that you mentioned and BI Preenstation services is not started upward.

As my experience, there is something wrong with the catalog of presentation, I changed the catalogue at samplesales and it's ok, so I fired the specific catalog, and then it's ok.

PowerShell does not open, Powershell ISE throws the exception when starting

I am running Windows 7 SP1.

When I try to start Powershell (x 64) or Powershell window will appear for less than a second, and then disappear.

When I try to start Powershell ISE (x 64) I get an error on the application of "the exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x7568c44d."

When I try to start Powershell ISE I get an error on the application of "the exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0xfd96adad."

I tried to repair .net 4.5 and I tried to reinstall Windows6. 1 KB2506143-x 64.msu.

When you try to install KB2506143-x 64.msu I get "the update is not applicable to your computer."

When trying to make sure that the old powershell is uninstalled I can't find KB2506143 in the list of installed updates.

PowerCLI 5.8 Release 1 throws an exception when starting

So I decided to upgrade my PowerCLI 5.5 R2 Patch 1 to the latest 5.8, released the last week or two. (Yes, I know, I guess I decided to live dangerously, using new versions :-))) And the upgrade installation went well. But when I run PowerCLI, I get:

Someone knows why? I didn't update the vSphere CLI, just PowerCLI. I was still able to connect to my vCenter (I connect to my vCenter in my profile). But I don't know what will not work. I did a quick 'Get-VMHost', "Get - VM" and a few others - they are all working well.

Ideas, anyone? Should I roll back to 5.5? Anyone else having problems?

An update. We have improved our environment to 5.5 (all ESXi hosts and vCenter). Therefore, I improved my heavy client installation. So I decided to try again after update my Powershell to 5.8.

And then everything just worked. No error at startup of Powershell. All respond as it should.

Can't imagine why the 2 would be connected, but no matter, I am now under 5.8 on my Windows 7 workstation.

VCenter cannot connect to data/clusters warehouses when the server is added to the field!

I have a server windows 2008 standalone client console VSphere, I can see/Manage my
Data warehouses, clusters, vm machines, etc very well and I can communicate by
another pc using the console of the customer very well...
I need to join the server to a domain as active directory, as soon as I join it
Run the vConsole I can get in but all in shows like
"disconnected" and have a red mark on it, so I can handle anything... to this
point my another pc running the client can't connect to this server more
or the other...
If I sever the domain server everything goes back to normal and
can access all new... Why is this happening?
There is no specific rules / have permissions on active directory
who's going to make changes to this server... She joined just for her... I can't understand why any
suggestions/ideas?

Make sure your windows firewall settings for the domain profile. There are for the public, area and stand alone firewall profiles in Windows server 2008.

VMware logs - error general system when starting server comments

I am running VMWware server on CentOS and when I try to start my comments servers 1, I get a dialog box with a wave error indicating a "general system error has occurred." Are there newspapers that I can look in to get more details? Very frusturating since I have 3 other comments OS server running without any problem.

Current Server 2.0 build number is 122956. If you're not on this then I highly recommend that you upgrade.

The application of IOM expects this bean to be referenced as #{ResetBean} instead of #{sessionScope.ResetBean}. Make this change, the problem for me. (If someone faced with a similar problem in IOM).

vRO workflow crashes with Exception when content Server.log contains ' / ' character

Just noticed this this weekend and I wanted to check if anyone has a workaround or fix. I have a workflow that uses a call to Server.log for some info for future recordings. However, if the connected content contains a character ' / ' the workflow closes and I get a JDBC exception and the workflow ends.
There is an old post from the community on this topic where it is suggested that this would be fixed in 5.1 vCO. I use 5.5.1
Anyone else seen this?

Maximum length is defined on the database level. It should be 1024 characters for the second argument (optional) Server.log(text,info) and 255 characters for the first argument.

I don't think it is documented in the API Explorer.

Exception when importing files RequestDataSet Weblogic

In OIM 11 g, I wanted to add custom attributes 2 in out of the box application data files, CreateUserDataSet.xml , and ModifyUserDataSet.xml to make these 2 attributes visible in my patterns of demand.

After update files, when I try to import these files in MDS using the file WeblogicImportMetadata.bat (Instance Windows) he started Exception as follows

Then, I took some export existed RequestDataSet files and EventHandlers of my MDS and tried to import the same files (without modification) by using WeblogicImportMetadata. Then he imported EventHandlers without giving me any exception considering that importing files RequestDataSet fails with the same exception as with the updated files (CreateUserDataSet.xml and ModifyUserDataSet.xml) data set.

Here is the content of the file Weblogic.properties.

Yes you just resize it. Oracle can not add in the index segment.
If the file size is 1 GB just spend 1500 m or add another file to the same tablespace

I would like to create a SQL server by programming in LabVIEW data source. The SQL server version that I used is from 2005. Can someone give some ideas? An example of code will be more favorable.

You can build the connection string you even. The open function in the Toolbox of data base accepts a string as well (it's polymorphic) who can be the connection string. This is the site I use to understand. Is the most common things. You may need to search Google more specific elements.

If you want to use the other option, someone has achieved a UDL editor in LabVIEW. You can use this code to create your own UDL which can use the Open DB function:
