Manager of creative cloud not opening

Until today the manager would open when I clicked it. But it does not at all now. Not when I click the icon in the menu bar, or when I use Finder.

I can open the individual applications, it looks. Only the Manager himself will not be open.

This has happened once before, when I installed CC first about three or four weeks it is a. I had to uninstall all applications and the CC Manager and reinstall. I hope I don't have to do this each time that the Manager has a problem.

I have a MacBook Pro. OS X Yosemite 10.10.5.

It would be useful to advice people to use the uninstall method that you have suggested and reinstall before telling them to reset the permissions. And then if they do not have to reset permissions provide clearer instructions on how to go about it. Given that I've never had someone talk me through it I can't do your job for you here.
