Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Just bought Creative Cloud through my school and have only 30 days trials...
I just bought creative cloud through onthehub.com through my school (Franklin W. Olin College of engineering). This is the 12 month subscription.

It looks like you bought Creative cloud if you have discs. Creative cloud is only available by download... it's a software subscription service, no software that you would get with discs.
So to get an upgrade going to, what you have and what you are planning to upgrade to? Products of Creative Suite (licensed) are still sold (Creative Suite 6) but upgrades can be made of CS5 + and creative cloud subscription plans can be found ala plans pricing and membership creative cloud | Adobe Creative Cloud... There is a plan with an introductory discount to CS in CC

I am a student in new art and 2 weeks just before I got my email from the University, I thought I would practice on photoshop and download a free trial with a former adobe account (I have a map of the internet at the time simply pay for it)
Just as my trial period is not exceeded, I decided to use my new email student to create an adobe account to qualify for the discount and buy the package of creative cloud on my computer. So, I bought the prepaid annual creative cloud with the student offer a discount.
Before buying the property that I dragged my photoshop trial to the trash and empty, not knowing that I had to maybe uninstall the creative cloud... (I am not the less expert advanced bit).
After the online payment for the package he said creative cloud will open and I'll see the downloading programs. But when creative cloud opened saw all was a sign of the trial expired next to the photoshop application and a buy now button. I tried to contact adobe but are experiencing technical difficulties and cannot help me right now.
Please if anyone knows or understood exactly what I was wrong could you tell me how to fix and successfully download the creative cloud package, which I paid for!

I recently bought creative cloud, and after a few updates and downloads, my desk right icon now produces an empty rectangle if clicked. How to bring back my list?
