Creative cloud not install after I put my user/administrators password, nothing happens after. I have creative cloud before but I deleted it instead of uninstall. I tried everything and nothing works, I have urgent need! someone please help! -Thank you

I try to install the creative cloud desktop application in order to install the software on my Mac CC. I downloaded the Adobe installer and start installation then accident in the middle of the. There is no error message, he just left. Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Milestone:
Find an Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and Trash records two.
2)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up selected."
Then try to install Adobe Creative Cloud app again.

Thanks for the reply. I found a previous question with a similar problem as mine, there was a solution that I followed and was able to install SP1. I should have done this before my question!I also installed SP2. Resetting to the factory settings was a last resort due to a problem I was experiencing, but after installation of SP2 my original problem reappears. The problem is now in terminal phase and looks like a new pc.In any case, once again thanks for your help, I know where to go with future questions I have.John -
Once per month for 6 months, I get an email saying that my Adobe CC will be cancelled. So I contact online support to fix it. After going through several stages as the change of the mode of payment by myself does not help person gets actually agree to a change in payment. Good that it is corrected. A month later same email appears. Go through the same process with online help. He swears that it is 150% fixed. A month later the same email appears. This lasts for months now. The people of the online help can't fix actually. What makes it so frustrating is that they absolutely refuse to upgrade the issue that extends beyond the online help for the India Center, even if after going through the very same thing month after month. There is something wrong beyond what may set the guys of the India online help. Does anyone know how to get in touch with real Adobe USA customer service?

I tried after the support site and can't figure out what to do. I have 10 windows and Ive tried to give him administrative access. I get error 204 and he says that his having issues to access a critical file. What should I do?

Please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall on your machine.
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
(2) delete following folders: (if you do not see any folder skip this step)
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files
C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is folder hidden please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) \Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

Creative cloud updates for after effects CC, CC InDesign, Premiere Pro CC and CC FAIL ALWAYS Prelude. Other updates arrive and install, but not those four. This happened more than three months. When Adobe will fix this?

I ran repair disk, I run permissions repair several times. I've disabled the creative cloud together apps and uninstalled and reinstalled and it's always the same.
Please fix this Adobe, or disclose information about how to solve this problem. I have to pay for that month and you are NOT fix every month.

Please quit Setup and then exit the creative application of cloud.
After that, restart the machine.
