  Since you're using FDF, the form is most likely created in Acrobat, so it's an acroform as opposed to an XFA form. So don't try editing in LiveCycle Designer. HAE tried using the Touchup text tool in Acrobat? Do not go in the form mode to do this modification.

I would like to take this text field object and put it back in in a way that I can stroke and fill. In my layers palette, its marked as < type >. I tried a number of different copy, direct selection ideas and nothing has worked. How can I change this back?

Acrobat is able to activate Reader a form that you create with LiveCycle Designer so that it can be registered with the player. He added not all rights of use which can Reader Extensions, but what you have said you probably don't need them.

  We accept currently make changes to files on the drive for iPhone and iPad. I know it's in the inconvenience, but for now, you will need to use the Mac or Windows version.

  Relating to the selection of fields: use the space bar or click a little out of the center of

  the checkbox. This is a known problem in Acrobat that has not been resolved yet.
