  The key may be the statement "eligible product. Apparently you have an upgrade version and the application is for the SN of the previous version of Acrobat. Must be at least 9 AA.

  If your redemption code does not work, I will propose you to return what you already active subscription.

  You can install Acrobat Pro DC from this link: download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI or X

  Make sure that you use the same Adobe ID, in which you have Acrobat subscription.

  ESD stands for electronic Software Distribution. Acrobat XI provided compact disc of thought which included installation CD, on the other hand it was also provided by ESD, which included the direct download for Acrobat link XI products download Adobe Acrobat | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X.

  There is no difference in the application, the difference, it's just that how it is provided to the customer.

  I have Microsoft Office 2010.  I installed Acrobat Pro XI against the clouds of Adobe.  The PDFMaker Add-in works fine for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  However, the PDFMaker Add-in does not work for the Publisher. He is absent.  Why?

  Note: The installation of Acrobat Pro XI deleted my install Acrobat X Pro.  Were complements of PDFMaker works fine with X.  Due the fact that X has been removed, I have no fallback option.

  I use Acrobat PRO on a workstation (Windows 7 Ultimate - SP1)

  After the update to Acrobat PRO 9.5.2, all pdf files open VERY slowly (30-60 seconds). It does not matter if the file is local to the workstation or on the network. Also, the file size doesn't seem to matter or if it's the first opened file or a later file.

  Besides just opening Adobe Acrobat is all too slow.

  I tried to disable the antivirus software. No impact.

  Any suggestion is appreciated...

  FIXED – rather than trying to fix the program in its current state. I uninstalled Acrobat PRO then relocated to from the original media, apply the updates back to 9.5.2 and - Oh surprise - everything is nice and fast again.  Other than the 30 minutes or so to uninstall/reinstall, a pretty painless solution.

  I am running Acrobat XI on Windows 10 and set up a form.  I'm having a problem with the implementation of a field to make a total calculated.

  The first field has the user to enter the number of widgets sold. The field is formatted as a decimal number.

  The second field is the user to enter the price per widget.  This field is formatted as a number to 2 decimal places.

  I want the product of fields one and two for appear in zone 3, which also in the form of a number to 2 decimal places.  When I opened the box of 3 field properties and go to the tab calculate and select value is the product of the following fields and click the Select button, I can see fields 1 and 2 in the field list, but by clicking on the buttons to select them does nothing, that is, I can not select the (or any other area besides).  The boxes stays white when I click on them.
