  I have been reading these forums for a few months now and learn a lot.

  I used to use a PaLM 125 and ittymidi / or Notepad app (can't remember which) to run some hardware synthesizers... but the technology develops now obsolete...

  I'm looking using Bohja and a Tungsten T for my midi editing and composing needs... because it works under Palm OS 5.

  The problem for me is the name they give devices on Ebay, I already have a Tungsten T and am buying a backup device for this project, some are referred to as "Tungsten T M550' which confuses me since this model number is not associated with Tungsten on the Palm website.

  I read some threads here about this and most seems to suggest that the model does not yet exist (which is what any reasonable person would conclude when reading the list of Palm devices and BONES)

  I don't want to go and buy one of them only to find out it's the formidable M550 that does not run on PALM OS 5. (at least for Bohja).

  Before go you suggesting a newer model to know that I have to stick to these old models with the use of fix series since they have the connection series which can be adapted to the midi cables (since USB connectable Palms cannot act as a host).

  Anyone who is familiar with the Tungsten T M550 what OS it runs on or if that even exists?

  The m550 is the Tungsten T.

  When you enter 'm550' in the search field on palm.com, have given you the manual for the Tungsten T.  On the pages of FCC regulations in the back of this manual, you can find this:

  The operating manual only provides an instruction how to upgrade the RAM module in the NB100 model and there is nothing about the HARD drive upgrade.
  This means that the HARD drive is NOT extensible user and therefore you will lose warranty if you would remove this notebook in order to install a larger HARD drive.

  The HARD drive is hidden is the laptop I know the whole notebook must be disassembled to gain access to the HARD drive. All covers, internal display, keyboard, etc. must be removed in the first place.

  As I said this would void the warranty, and secondly, this procedure is really complicated!

  I think and I recommend you to contact the technician authorized for these updates!

  Then you must choose the * ARCHIVES * in download form!
  This unit is an oldie and so all the manuals and drivers have been moved to the archives.

  My brother and I bought my father (at age 81) a Satellite Pro 6000 model PS600E-20EE1-EN on E - Bay for Christmas. There is unfortunately no manual with the laptop. I'm in Australia and my father's in the United Kingdom and he asked me to help to get your hands on a paper manual.

  As I don't know anything about Toshiba laptops or point of sale UK, I was wondering if someone could help. I tried for an hour on the net but could not find a manual to download, which seems to correspond to the above specifications. I guess I could make a phone call international to support the customer in the United Kingdom, but thought I'd try here everything first. My dad would really like a paper, in order to download manual is second best option.

  I recommend you to check this page in the coming days for availability user manual.
  Toshiba probably needs time to download all these documents.

  Bad news boyfriend...
  Laptops maintenance manuals are not published on the pages of Toshiba.
  It seems that these manuals are not for public use, but only for Toshiba authorized service partners.

  But to be honest I don't understand why you need such manual...
  The motherboard is a special part of Toshiba designed only for the Satellite A25/A20 series.
  So if you want to replace is you must use exactly the same part.
