The audio tracks or subtitles having a particular movie in the Bank of a country is defined by the holder of the rights to the film for this country - the audio options and subtitle must be listed on the page of description of the film in the store.

If a movie is not available in your country in the language you want, then you can try to contact the rights holder and request that they give to Apple a license corresponding to your country (and perhaps also the request via Apple: http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html)

  • Prince of Persia - the forgotten sands - low FPS

GOOD AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

I would like to get some info on the "Prince of Persia - The Forgotten Sand".
I get very low FPS for this game, which didn't happen with previous games Prince of Persia.
I have a dual core processor P - IV, 2 GB of RAM DDR 3, Intel G41 Express Chipset.

In addition, if you're kind enough, you people would give me an idea of how to make to decide the best graphics card for my PC?

A better graphics (GPU) card could help, but like I said it depends on where is the graphical neck? If its CPU related (and the P4 appears to be below the minimum specification) improving change the GPU are not terrible.

I found this site - http://www.systemrequirements.in/prince-of-persia-the-forgotten-sands.html the following information:

    Supported graphics cards:

    NVIDIA GeForce 6800 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 100 / 200 / GTX series

    ATI RADEON X 1600 / HD 2000 / HD 3000 / HD 4000 / HD 5000 series
Laptop versions of these cards may work but are NOT supported.

Because of the age of the rest of the PC, I would not spend a fortune on a modern map as you would provide all the benefits of this system. I would have guessed something like 6800 or NVIDIA 7800 series should do at a reasonable cost, if you want to try it. Unfortunately, I can't recommend any cards that I do not have the game or a P4 system actually try with. I hope that someone else can have. Or you can try the forum for this game above (or this section - http://forums.ubi.com/forumdisplay.php/95-Prince-of-Persia-Community-Technical-Help?order=desc, ) and ask them what they think.

  • Prince of Persia-The two Thrones does not work when press ctrl to force detection

Whenever I run POP: the two kingdoms

    It's the game begins

Press Ctrl to Force detect Application

And after that, the option to start the game is not clickable

    parth243,

The game does not appear in the W7 Compatibility Center - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Search.aspx?l=en-us&type=Software&s=prince%20of%20persia&os=32-bit

But he is listed in the vista one and apparently does not work under Vista - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-vista/Search.aspx?type=Software&s=prince%20of%20persia

However, there is a link to the website of manufacturers for an apparent fix in Vista that can be worth a try, basically, it seems to be 'set XP compatibility mode' -http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/ubisoft.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=11729

This has some links more info for the game, which claims its XP just so.

    Hope it helps well.

Even if you only have a STAT-fitting, you can always look into replacing the hard drive with a Solid State Drive that supports SATA I (Note: support for the manufacture not all the SSD SATA-I) but Samsung is a mark that is: http://www.samsung.com/global/business/semiconductor/minisite/SSD/us/html/ssd850evo/overview.html

You should see some performance increase. Download and install the free version of HDTune and run the reference option. Performance / speed will slow down the front at the end of a hard disk, SSD drive. undergo this type of slow worms down and you should see a transfer rate of about front of 150 MB/s to complete, much better also access times.

    HD Tune:

Has also an option (tab scan error) to test your drive.

  • Equium M40X: Can I play the games?

I have a new laptop Equium M40X. Am new to laptops. I can play games such as the prince of Persia warrior on this laptop, quietly and will seriously strain its resources.

    Hi Kamal,

Welcome to the forum. Your new laptop computer has sufficient resources for almost all of the games currently available, so you risk nothing to the test by playing.

The only problem you're likely to face with some of the most high resources games is the graphics card, because it generally uses drivers designed for your laptop and these are not necessarily compatible with the requirements of the games. I have not yet found an easy way to predict what games will be or will not work properly.

So far, I only got a game that wouldn't work properly on my laptop due to incompatible graphics drivers (I have an ATI RADEON 9100). It is a somewhat obscure title (Knights of the Temple - crusade).

Good luck with your new Toshiba,

    Kind regards

  • Satellite U400 - 12 p - very slow result in 3Dmark 2005

    Hello
I just bought U400 - 12 p with Vista installed, and I have a few questions about this:

I had installed half-life 2 Episode 1, 2, Prince of Persia 2008, but nothing worked properly. I read it is system requerements: everything seems to be good!
Same 3Dmark 2005 show very poor results! What can be? Maybe I should update my BIOS, or activate certain functions, or is it because of Vista? I don't think that Intel GMA is so bad!

    Help me, please!

    Hello!

What do you mean exactly when you say that nothing is working properly?

If you want to play games, you must use the latest graphic driver. You can download the Toshiba site:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download drivers

In addition, you should check if you have the most recent BIOS. You can also download it from the Web site.

In games, you should not choose the graphics settings higher. Choose the Middle, and then the game runs faster.

    Good bye

  • Satellite L650 - overheating

I am owner of a [Toshiba Satellite L650-14F | http://www.toshiba.rs/satellite-l650-14e-455-c491-view.htm] laptop that is running 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate. ? It is a year old.

I'm not an avid player of game, but I play relatively demanding games on it, including the last Prince of Persia and Fallout. It worked without any problem, but it has been about half a year sice I played what either.

Most of the time the laptop is connected via HDMI to my monitor 22 '' (1680 x 1050). I mention this because in the last few months I have experienced overheating accompanied by forced outages. It happened on two occasions. Once while playing a regular Xvid and do some CPU intensive process in background and last night by playing a mkv video in 720 p with GPU hardware acceleration.

In the second case the laptop was raised still my desktop using a book so that sufficient space there to blow hot air. It's like that since the first incident of overheating.

Now, I doubt that it is a normal behavior. Can any who share similar experiences and what they have done? Use the warranty for watching? I have a five year warranty non-affaire - what, but I don't know how they deal with these issues. Do you guys think / suggest?

    Hello

High internal temperature is a common problem of laptop that is a lot of devices (CPU, GPU, HDD, cooling, modules, etc.) is placed on a small area and all of these devices produce a lot of heat dissipation.
Therefore, it is very important that the fans of cooling and cooling modules work correctly.

I noticed a similar problem on my laptop after a while of use. The temperature rose to above level t which and it touched the features of the laptop.
I read in various forums that this can be caused by dirty fans and cooling grids.

I had to clean the fans and cooling grids using a jet of compressed air. This helped to turn out to get rid of the dust and debris that prevent air circulation.
Then I removed the dust and it helped.

Now, again from time to time if its necessary.

  • Equium A200-15I - do not support video card

Hi, when I try to run the game Prince of Persia: the sands of time, it always appears:

"Your video"Mobile Intel(r) 945 Express Chipset Family"card is not supported.
Your video card does not support required functionality (D3DDEVCAPS_HWTRANSFORMANDLIGHT). »

Every time I try to play the game, ignoring the message is right out. I know that my laptop has the minimum requirements to play this game, if anyone can help?

    Thank you
    Aaron,

I have the laptop supports the Chipset Mobile Intel 943GML thin-> name of Calistoga GML code.

Don t know if you will find the new driver for this chip, but usually the driver for Intel 945 should also work.

Seems however that this game has some problems with the compatibility of the drivers and I don t know if you'll be able to play this game, or even the original GPU driver Intel is supported.

  • Renaming of files exe with the same name

    I have

just installed a game on steam.  The package ended up being buggy, so it did not work.  But I found a solution on the Forum and he told me to rename these two files exe under the same name.  Its the only way to fix the game.  Others did and cela worked.  When I try to rename the file an error pops up telling me that I can't have two files with the same name.  In summary, this is what is happening.

two files are: prince of persia.exe and princeofpersia_launcher.exe .

Need to rename it to princeofpersia_launcher.exe to the prince of persia.exe

An error pops up saying ERROR RENAME FILE or FOLDER: cannot rename princeofpersia_launcher: a file with the specified name already exists.  Specify a different file name.

The problem is that these two exe files MUST have the name of prince of Persia: work.  Is it possible that I could do?

It is not possible to have two files with the same name in the same folder.  Something is wrong with the instructions that you try to follow.  What do say exactly?  Can you give us a link for them?

  • Absolutely the best possible upgrade for a Dell Dimension C521 graphics card?

I've been upgraded to a Dell Dimension C521, that I use as a general computer and play games.

I know that he will never play in recent games, although with the x 1300 pro that was in it when I got it I have successfully played 2 games or 3 years and more. Runs of Prince of Persia: the forgotten sands, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Darksiders without any problem (all parameters lowish and resolution 800 x 600).

Since I got it I upgraded the CPU to an AMD Athlon 64 x 2 5600 + (Windsor) and the RAM from 2 GB to 4 GB, which has cost me about £25.

I really want to update the graphics card to something better than the Radeon x 1300 Pro that I have atm. I am aware that the PSU is only 280W and I need a map of low profile for this machine, although I read Dell generally insufficiently misses their PSUS in any case. All the posts I can find here and elsewhere online seem to be old enough and I wanted to make sure that I had discovered so far had not become outdated.

So far, I found that the recommended card is the Radeon HD 6570.

Can anyone suggest something better? If not, can anyone suggest what specific version of the 6570 to get (Sapphire, Asus etc.) and the amount of memory to get with it?

    Thanks in advance.

    Can anyone suggest something better?

XFX R7 240 Low Profile Ready

30 watts TDP, against 54 watts TDP for the 6570. Faster, too.

A version of the R7 240 GDDR5 will be even faster, but more money, as well.

  • Shader 3.0 model

Hi, I just installed the game prince of persia: the sands forgotten on my Pc (I'm using a windows 7), but when I try to play the game, this message comes 'your graphics card supports shader model 3.0, which is required for this game', so the game does not load. is it a hardware problem or software? Whats model shader 3.0? How should I do?

Install the latest driver for your graphics to the site of the manufacturer of the chipset.

If this does not work, what graphics card you have?

Some games play on this laptop, UN-fun wildtangent excepthe and hpgames of himself. I played games on my desk with the lower Setup and they work better. But this pc doesn't even start the game even with this good config. is it not useless. I know that is not a cell phone game but God, his is not even how much I paid for this thing.
I recently installed AC3 and it can't handle the game. His old problem of gel has just begun.
Also my touch screen does not work. ENGG HP had came and lol that guy did a reset. I coud do it at home.
I just put all my frustrations here after seeing this POP2T is not compatible after all the config.
HP please increase your ability of products!

Your sleekbook does not meet the requirements of the system to play AC3.

Prince of Persia 2 Thrones just may not be compatible.

I recommend that you choose a laptop with specs higher next time, which should relieve your frustration. Your laptop current is fine for basic computing, but was not designed for many games.
