  Update: the problem is solved.

  in windows update, there is a updated in the section "optional updates" the synaptics touchpad driver. B/c it's in the "optional" section, you will have to go and manually select so that it can be installed.

  3. on the left side of the screen, click on 'Windows turn features on or off".

  4. look for the entry called games & put a tick in the box next to it.

  5. click on OK.

  I hope that your Windows games should now appear.
