  I changed our Type of customer account to the administrator, so a family member could download some things when I was unavailable to repeatedly type a password for it.  Now, I would like to change the Type of account to standard - but I can't.

  When I connect like me, an administrator, and then click on manage other user accounts, the only changes I offer myself for the guest account are image change or disable the account.  When I log on as a guest and click on change the Type of account, I select the Standard button, click on change the account Type, and should not be.  I went back to the screen back and comments is still a Director.  What is happening with this limitation?

  Just disable the guest account.

  And will NEVER again allow him. It is a security risk because it allows anonymous access on your computer. Even worse, if you changed it administrator. (Why on EARTH made you that I have NO idea). This is why it is disabled by default.

  There seems to be a bug in the way the comment of the NAC Server manages the lifetime pre-configured of guest accounts.

  I followed the manual and I did:

  -Set up 3 times (24 h, 48 h and 1 week) under templates/accounts/accounts times.

  I understand I should now be able to select one of the configured three times when I log on as a co-author.

  However, I get only the number I mentioned to the user group.

  The strange thing is that if I change the Maximum duration per user group, I have this as the only choice (for example 14 days).

  You can use one of the option to know the number of days or hours.

  For days;

  Authentication > user groups > Add Group | Edit Group includes two new parameters for the number of days in the future, the account can be created and maximum duration of the account (in days)

• The NAC replacement procedure

  Our 3315 NAC does not work because of a hardware failure. So let's replace that. Therefore kindly confirm the steps to take the backup and the procedure to install it?

  Since there seems to be no method to perform a backup of the CLI on the appliance 3315, we go the route of the workaround. This may seem a little out there, but the only way I can see a backup being created without using the WebGUI interface.

  First of all, you have IP access to the device of the ANC?

  If this isn't the case, quit reading and contact TAC.

  If you have backups of configuration in the past, they are stored in the/guest/bakcups directory and can be transferred via FTP, SFTP, etc...

  If not, then download a upgrade file that is newer than the version you are running (if you are running the latest version, download the upgrade file for this version). In this case, v2.1.  Transfer the file to your repository and run the upgrade on the comment of the NAC server.

  Note Before the 2.1 update, a snapshot backup of the existing 1.x or 2.0.x database is automatically created and stored in the guest.bak directory. In the case of an upgrade failure, Cisco recommends to make a local backup of this directory.

• Why should I is no longer the option 'Guest' in the Sierra calendars?

  After the upgrade to Sierra, I see is no longer the 'Guests' in the calendar option, nor can I change the date and time information.  I can add "Guests" of the iPhone and the show up on the calendar of the Sierra, but I can't edit, add guests, or change the time.

  Solved the problem. Disconnected iCloud (told to keep the calendar, etc. on this Mac). Signed back into account iCloud and everything is "good"!

  Are you logged on as ADMINISTRATOR? If so the account could be damaged.

  You can try to fix it with Safe Mode - repeatedly press F8 as you bootup. The ADMIN account in trunk
  Mode has no default password (unless someone has changed the password so it should be available).

• How to remove the Standard user account password

  I am the only person to use my computer, as recommended that I've set up an admin and the standard user account. The admin is password protected, the standard user does not have to be.   You can't "delete" a password, but you can replace it with a white.

• Activation of the NAC HA puts several hosts and ASA with processor clocked at 100%

  When I started a NAC InBand HA solution I had a similar problem that I solved the heart rate HA configuration to use ETH0 just instead use ETH0 and ETH1.

  I've implemented a NAC solution for remote users. The unit of CASE mode configured in the gateway enVirtual Strip.

  Remote users can connect succeffuly using the cisco vpn software and they can ping the SIN, but not the DNS (the ASA offers IP @ but not the DNS I do not know why).

  When I access the NAS, I can download the NAC Agent but VPN SSO is not executed and the Agent asks me to connect using LOCAL DB.

  For VPN SSO work, you must send the accounting package to the CAs. The CASE can in turn send for the ACS if you need accounting also be done on GBA, but for authentication ONLY work, the accountant must reach the CASE.

  You don't need separate WLC... NAC comments servers are perfectly normal RADIUS servers, used for authentication. You can integrate your existing WLC, in addition to IB or OOB to your certification authority, with the comment server. I enclose a doc who gives information on the configuration of wlc and host servers.

  I installation of the NAC for role based on the user assignment of VLAN deployed as OOB VG L2. I have a default access, authentication and configuration of VLAN user. The user VLANis for comments. Thus, a guest opens it broswer and the customer is prompted to enter credentials. Credentials are accepted. The browser refreshes IP and I get a "... limited connectivity. 169.254.etc... ». I get this error when I apply ACL below the interface ' user vlan "(i.e. ip access-group 110 in), when the ACL is not assign everything works fine and the comments can roam my entire internal network. My DHCP/DNS is on the 10.0.0.0 network. Anyone have any ideas why I get this error?

  My first thought is that your ACL denies requests DHCP and DNS request, since you mention the DHCP and DNS are on the 10.0.0.0/8 network.
