And to minimize overhead costs, I would make the size of the FIFO as large as possible. According to the manual, 7842R a 1728 KB (216KO) integrated block of RAM, 108 000 I16 FIFOs items available in theory (1 728 000 / 16). However the FPGA had compilation error when I asked this amount of items. I checked the manual and searched online but could not find the reason. Can someone please explain? And in general, what is the maximum size of the FIFO given the size of the block of RAM?

  You are right that the movement of large blocks of data can lead to a more efficient use of the bus, but it certainly isn't the most important factor here. Assuming of course that the FIFO on the FPGA is large enough to avoid overflowing, I expect the dominant factor to the size of reading on the host. In general, larger and reads as follows on the host drive to improve throughput, up to the speed of the bus. This is because as FIFO. Read is a relatively expensive operation software, so it is advantageous to fewer calls for the same amount of data.

  I have a page with 106 points that subjects very well, but when I add another element (a text field) get a 404 page error when I click on the submit button. I had a glance at [m-2399990], which mentions that the 'rendered by page elements' limit is 100. I'm not sure that this limit is the problem or not. I would be very happy any help you can give.

  It seems that if I have too many image files for the photos as screensaver. After the screen saver slide show has worked for at least 20 minutes, it lags behind trying to leave the screen saver and return to the desktop.
  What are the specifications of file recommended for use of photos as a screen saver?
  • file size in MB (which resembles all default values in C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper
  • dimensions maximum file (which looks like all default values in C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper

  When you look at the pictures in my file they all seem to be in the 2 MB and range 1920 x 1200. So my only guess is that having too many is the problem. It does not lag when I change the directory of C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper. I'm only here a hypothesis, some data of real functional specs would help immensely.

  Method 2: Follow the steps mentioned below that can help you in the matter of fixing.

  (a) open with Windows Explorer %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\(you will find files there are two: TranscodedWallpaper.jpg and slideshow.ini).
  (b) open slideshow.ini > Remove its content > Save changes.
  (c) delete TranscodedWallpaper.jpg (you can substitute your own file of that name).
  (d) restart the computer.
  (e) re - create the slide show and check if it helps.
   

  Method 3: If the problem persists, I suggest to maintain the computer in clean boot mode and check if the problem persists.

  A clean boot to check if startup item or services to third-party application is causing this issue.

  If I delete the old dynamic action and create a new one so that the page works fine.
  After several tests, it seems that there is a maximum number of DA on a page, but if someone can confirm that?

  There is no limit on the number of dynamic action that you have on a page, but it is very likely that you hit a size limit of a variable we use during the generation of the JavaScript code for the dynamic actions. You can activate a log more detailed error further details on your 404 error - see http://www.inside-oracle-apex.com/oracle-apex-got-404-not-found-2/ EPG instructions are in the comments.

  BTW, you might be able to reduce the number of you dynamic actions by specifying page several items in the attribute 'Product (s)' from the 'when' the article if all run the same code. Just separate them with a comma (no spaces). Such as: P1_MGR, P1_DEPTNO

  The maximum number of characters in a line in a multiline text item is dictated by the width of the element - using the standard text element object. You can use the Rich Text Java Bean that could give you the functionality you're looking for.
