  I am very new to Illustrator SDK software and Adobe Illustrator as well. My goal is to develop a plug-in in Illustrator for the treatment of some files eps (for other applications). I downloaded the SDK of Illustrator and tried to build the samples using Visual Studio Express Edition 2012. I got stuck as the samples seem to have used the < afxres.h > MFC header file, which is not included in the Express of VS 2012. Another Member of the forum kindly pointed out that the samples do not use MFC and advised me to replace afxres.h by windows.h. After this change, I could build all samples successfully. However, when I run Illustrator, I could not properly run the main tutorial (and several others) plugin. For the tutorial, I see a menu option 'object-> Filters-> SDK-> tutorial... '. "come and get it activated if I open a file in Illustrator. However, when I click on this option, nothing seems to happen (as by the start of Adobe Guide, I would see a future modal dialog box), same thing that happens in many other plug-ins SnippetRunner sample, TransformButton, Webter etc., which are supposed to open a Panel, but does not seem to be something. However, some other plug-ins such as Annotator, multi-fleche Tool, MenuPlay etc., which does not open a dialog box or Panel, but are related to the user interface, work correctly. What can be the reason for this strange behavior? Y at - it throughout Illustrator option, which prevents these panels being created? Or is somehow connected to the afxres.h question? I really think that this is the first and being absolutely new to Illustrator, I miss some obvious or something setting. Any help will be greatly appreciated because I really need to see an example of the tutorial, because it has some features I want to use.

  Hello, it's me again. It's a little quiet, round here at the moment, I don't know what happened to Mr. Patterson. People are also less likely to respond if you select any of your responses useful or correct.

  Anyway, the plugins that do not have a separate UI component. They are in a separate file, for example, the SnippetRunner sample has the SnippetRunner file that contains the code to create the binary plugin and a SnippetRunnerUI record for the UI component. The CC SDK includes the installation program for the user interface components. Here are the zxp files that you install using Adobe Extension Manager.   No doubt, I watched every video tutorial out there and each article on the creation of a file in Photoshop .psd then import as menu, but for the life of me I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

  I have a group of buttons with the (+) prefix.  Below, I highlight the prefix (= 1) layer and below I have the text layer.

  When I import the .psd, it shows in the window workspace ok but when I saw the DVD, the highlight is always visible and nothing happens when I mouse - above or click the button.

  I have attached the .psd if anyone can take a look.  I don't know miss me something very obvious, but I compared my .psd with a lot of samples, and I can't find what it is I am doing wrong.

  The default button is always highlighted, so if you have only one button, it is always highlighted.

  The button will not work until link you to a timeline, an another menu or other objects of the project.

  Looks like without the audio element is a nested element.  You will need to restore the audio signal in order to see the wave forms.

  Model list-> vertical list with subtext and icons

  which consist of list with additional information about the entry in the list

  not a child of list (sublist)

  No, Muse or any other program besides will not open a file that you do not select to open. To remove a site simply open Finder on Mac go to the location of the file and delete it in one of the many ways that a Mac allows you to do.

On some web site when trying to enter a password, the keyboard does not work until you double click of the mouse on the registration form. This on two different systems of windows 7.   Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.

  (If you use it, switch to the default theme).

  • On Mac, you can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key option key when starting Firefox.
  • Under Linux, you can open Firefox 4.0 + with leaving Firefox then go to your Terminal and running Safe Mode: firefox-safe-mode (you may need to specify the installation path of Firefox for example/usr/lib/firefox)
  • Or open the Help menu and click on the restart with the disabled... modules menu item while Firefox is running.

  Hello Nastena, try a clean reinstall, some Firefox issues can be resolved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you Remove Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
     • Windows:
       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
     • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.
