Menu widget (horizontal) space between buttons

How to make the spaces between the buttons of navigation on the horizontal menu widget?

10-29-2013 9-05-25 AM.png

In the video database of Katie, she does as a "set of pre. Then in the advanced video he appears in images with no discussion. Thanks for help.

Thank you - a simple solution that I must have forgotten in the video tutorials. Remember people, you can't have a single selected menu item, but the group. !
Thanks to Roger.

  • Remove the default space between buttons

    This seems to be a very simple problem - however, I can't seem to find the solution for it.

    I have a VBox container and a panel with a vertical layout.  Each of them contains several buttons that are about 40 pixels high and stretch to fill the width of the container.  Buttons are displayed vertically, but it seems as if Flex automatically bsigns about 3 pixels of space between each button.  How to remove this space?  It is not a property of 'Margin' associated with the button.

    Here is an example...

    <mx:Panel x="83.5" y="186"
    width="250"
    height="435"
    layout="vertical"
    backgroundColor="#FFFFFF"
    borderColor="#B59D9D">

              <mx:Button width="100%" height="40" cornerRadius="0" label="Clothing" fontSize="18" color="#363535" fontWeight="normal" fontFamily="Verdana" borderColor="#FCFAFA"/>
              <mx:Button width="100%" height="40" cornerRadius="0" label="E-Books" fontSize="18" color="#363535" fontWeight="normal" fontFamily="Verdana"/>
              <mx:Button width="100%" height="40" cornerRadius="0" label="Laptops" fontSize="18" color="#363535" fontWeight="normal" fontFamily="Verdana"/>
              <mx:Button width="100%" height="40" cornerRadius="0" label="Movies" fontSize="18" color="#363535" fontWeight="normal" fontFamily="Verdana"/>
              <mx:Button width="100%" height="40" cornerRadius="0" label="Music" fontSize="18" color="#363535" fontWeight="normal" fontFamily="Verdana"/>
              <mx:Button width="100%" height="40" cornerRadius="0" label="Phones" fontSize="18" color="#363535" fontWeight="normal" fontFamily="Verdana"/>
              <mx:Button width="100%" height="40" cornerRadius="0" label="Software" fontSize="18" color="#363535" fontWeight="normal" fontFamily="Verdana"/>

    </mx:Panel>

    verticalGap = "0" it should probably work for remove of 3 pixels.

  • Menu bar horizontal moves between pages

    Hello

    I have all the properties of the page on the same values; However I notice the menu bar horizontal at various levels when I load my pages.  The site is AbileneDentist.com.

    Any idea on what could be the cause to happen?

    Thank you
    Mark

    Hello

    In my view, the vertical scroll bar is initially objects to be moved.

    To resolve this problem, you can add a scroll bar to all pages. To achieve the same thing:

    On the file menu in Muse, select Site Properties. The visibility for the scroll bars vertical browser, set to Always.

    It will be useful,

  • Mobile menu - too much space between items

    I tried to make mobile menus with several widgets Muse-theme, but all have large vertical spacing between the menu items. See screenshot. Don't know if it's muse or the widget, but it seemed to work the first time. Is there a setting I'm missing?

    I would check the "spacing" affecting something is certainly the addition of this extra space

  • Need space between buttons displayed on the same line

    Hello - I have 3 buttons html:

    Cancel
    query
    create

    They must be displayed on the same line, in the regions of button. (They're in)
    the lower-left corner of the page; right now I'm on the région #CREATE #.)

    The position of cancel and the query is fine... but I need space (approximately that of a button
    Worth) between query and create. Can not know how to do this.

    Ideas?

    Thank you
    Carol

    Hi Carol,.

    It might be interesting to look at model in your region under the shared components > models > region change the model.
    You should see the place holders of section definition for your buttons etc. #CREATE # CANCEL #. I suggest that you make a copy of the model and then play with it maybe just add another tag td which is empty.

    IF you need help with it just post your definition here and I'll try and help you.

  • 2014.3 update broke my ability to focus a widget horizontal

    Hi all

    I have change my output so I could focus my widget menu horizontally. I was able to do this with the help of someone on this forum (Centre Menu Widget horizontally). With the last update, my ability to change the position of the menu is now broken. In the past, that's what I did:

    Modify the code by going to the menu and changing CSS for each specific page

    margin left: ##px

    TO

    left: 50%;

    -webkit-transform: translateX(-50%);

    I then edit the site_global.css file by changing the .position_content of "float: left" to "float: No. Everything worked very well on Android and iOS.

    Now when I do that, the menu sticks out of the page on the left.

    Any help or suggestion? I'm kinda a CSS newbie.

    Hi sang

    The version of the App will always show 2014.3, but you can check the version number in the menu on the Muse.

    Thank you

  • Menu Widget is blurred.

    I apologize in advance if I use the terms wrong and I'll do the best job I can to explain the problem. Some might regard this as nit picking, but if you are going to build the web content I expect to be pixel perfect.

    When I try to use the menu widget horizontal and flow it out in my design, I can't text to look nice and crisp and clean when it is exported to MUSE? The image below shows the 100% right and a view zoomed on the left. Anti-aliasing makes the shapes of blurred letters. (as if they are not placed on the coordinates in whole pixels?) So all the text is not nice and clean and crisp it seems frozen that looks like craft sloppy and makes me not want to use the widget.

    http://www.vonstervault.com/temp/menu_fuzz.jpg

    When I place (non-widget text) as indicated below in a layout of MUSE, it handles very well anti-aliasing and the final text when exporting seems nice and clean and crispy as expected. So, that tells me something in the widget itself is not implemented with precision and causes thus unnecessary anti-aliasing of the text which makes blurred in appearance.

    http://www.vonstervault.com/temp/no_fuzz.jpg

    I look forward to the MUSE is finally making design accessible web for those who want to focus on the design and coding does not, but I can't accept sloppy like that craft. Of course, it is a type of thing retail but as they say the devil is in the details and this just looks bad and must be fixed. Actually, the whole menu widget feature should be refined and improved. It's kind of a pain to drill down in the widget and select to change the appearance of things. He sometimes is hinky and will appear when editing and that sometimes does not?

    But the final product should be visually accurate, clean and sharp without the blur factor.

    No, it's the fact that the cap (height of capital letters) in the text of 14 points (Helvetica in this case) is not exactly divide the resolution of the screen in pixels. So the top or the base of capital letters (or both) will be drawn as partial pixel by antialiasing provided by the OS or the browser, which translates into the blur that you find unacceptable. Some browsers do not support fractional for text or fractional sizes leading, not clear there is nothing under the control of Muse here.

    Point FWIW 15 height of capitals towers in better than 14 common screen resolutions, so if you find the anti-aliasing to be highly objectionable, it might be avoiding limiting patterns develop overall size values that give rise to heights of well in the screen resolutions that round Cape routine.

  • Remove the spacing between the buttons of Menu Widget - Muse CC 2015

    Hello

    I seem to have found a slight problem with deletion of the spacing or gutters between the buttons of menu widget.
    I add a widget menu at design time either horizontal or a vertical menu.
    Remove the border of each button and then I'm going to change the gutters to put the buttons close together so that there is no space between them, but the parameters and the values of gutter do not allow me.

    menu-button-guttering.jpg

    For some reason any gutter V is always grayed out and cannot be changed and the gutter H is set to zero, but there is still a gap between the buttons horizontally

    Is there a way to remove Vertical and Horizontal gutter now?

    Right then I was told that I'm going about this all wrong.

    What I do is not use the menu button and try to change the values of the gutter, but instead, I have to select the menu it self and then change the values of the gutter.
    I think it's the same for the kids meals don't click the button but select the menu rather than change the gutter to zero values.

    Select the Menu container. Open the control panel of the spacing. The horizontal gutter value 0.

    You can always add padding for menu items to create extra space.

  • How to remove the spaces between the textfield in a horizontal layout - ADF Mobile

    snip.png

    Please tell me how to reduce the width of the 1st two textfields whose number of 971 and 50 and increase the width of the textfield "mobile".

    My code is given below

    < amx:panelGroupLayout id = "gp1" layout = "horizontal" >

    < amx:inputText value = "971" hintText = "Country Code" id = "it3" inputType = 'number' simple = "true" inlineStyle = "width: 70% margin-left: 5px" / >

    < amx:inputText value = "50" hintText = "Code" id = 'it8' inputType = 'number' simple = "true" inlineStyle = "width: 70% of margin-left: 5px" / >

    < amx:inputText value = "#{pageFlowScope.mobile_number}" hintText = 'Mobile' id = "it6" inputType = 'number' simple = "true" inlineStyle = "width: 100%" / > "

    < / amx:panelGroupLayout >.

    Width of the 1st two fields should very less that we will get that 2 or 3 numbers. Where are mobile, the width must be more as we enter the 10 numbers.

    This means that for example alignment must be as shown in the picture below. And the space between them must be equal and uniform as shown in the image below.

    How the horizontal menu widget to show 100%?

    Instead of making the menu 100% width create the illusion of it.

    Create a rectangle and 100% of the width, then place your menu on it and align it with the rectangle.

    Background color of the menu and the rectangle must be the same.
