Menus for CS5 TINY on new computer HD

Hi, I installed my old n photoshop my new computer, but I do not see the menus, the guests, the words clearly.

I tried everything on the web, but nothing.

Does anyone have a recommendation, or tell me how I can contact Adobe?

IMO 2 x leave much to be desired and there are bugs in the Adobe application.  Balance display of Adobe that should not be resized when the scale 2 x Photoshop UI does not match the screen.

    You will need to install it again on the new computer. You'll want to use the serial number you used previously, I hope that you still have it. You can download the installer by if necessary:

    If you do not have the serial number, you must contact technical support for assistance. They will have it as long as it was registered. You can contact them via Contact Customer Care

  • I transferred CS5 to a new computer using the PC transfer program. CS5 starts on the new computer, OK, but now does not recognize raw files. Should I uninstall and reinstall again?

    CS5 I transferred to a new computer using ultimate PC mover. CS5 seems to start normally, I had to insert the serial number of my original CD. However, now, the program does not recognize files CR and Adobe bridge is not working properly.  I get messages that CS5 needs to be updated, but updates fail. What should I do? Should I uninstall CS5 on the new computer, uninstall CS5 on the old computer by using the original CD, and then reinstall CS5 using the CD on the new computer?

    I finally got to work. I had to load the files CR of adobe several times but it finally worked. Thanks for your help.

    You want to just save your ISP for Windows Mail account settings?  WinMail in: tools | Export of accounts & save export on the desktop. Copy disc and place it on the desktop of the new machine. Reverse the import process in the new email client.

    I got a new Mac Book Pro. After retiring from the old Mac Book Pro (which had Photoshop CS5 on it), I try to install Photoshop CS5 on the new computer.  I have a drive and serial number.   It is a upgrade disc, but since this is a new computer the eligible product is not on this computer.    The automated system of Adobe doesn't let me talk to a human being to unlock my serial number.   What should I do?
