Merge multiple paths to a single anchor point

Hello friends,

I want to create a perspective of illustrator grid to use with other software.

I would like to know if it is possible to merge several paths to an anchor point unique to a single point perspective grid that can be easily changed by moving the anchor point in the Middle, as in the picture below.

Imgur: the most impressive pictures on the Internet

An anchor may reach only 2 segments of track. Your image must at least consist of 2, if it is not not 4 paths. But you can select multiple anchor points (not a path) and use the Panel line up to get them exactly on the same position. Later if you want to draw a rectangle with the direct selection above them, move them around and move these selected elements.

    __Is - it a way to "merge" multiple curves in a single curve?

    By that I mean I have file with layers of curve 2-12 - I wanted to "merge" the curves so that I can end up with a single curve with the attributes of a lot. Maybe there at - it a script that would do this?

    I don't want to not be critical, but how get you to a situation where you have 12 layers of curves?

    The advantage of a curves layer is that you can adjust and re - adjust to your heart's content.

    If you usually add new curved layers one over the other, maybe you should re - evaluate your work process.  Maybe bit depth the way you think you should operate at a high level and make the operations of curves on the pixels?  Or put some time in retraining yourself do not add a new layer of curves but to manipulate that is already there.  There are some nice new improvements (e.g., subtool 'finger' that allows you to choose a location for the image and manipulate this part of the curve).

    Once again, I don't mean to criticize you, just look to see if maybe there's a way to avoid getting to the point where you need to combine the curves in the first place, since there is no direct possibility of "Merge curves", apart from the stamping a whole layer image and adjustment in pixels.  To be complete, I guess I should mention how...  Any combination of visible layers into a single layer of pixels (effectively combining all the curves layer and al.), you can stamp by pressing Ctrl - Shift - Alt-E.

  • How to merge multiple images into a single document and place them on the bottom

    I am trying to merge multiple images in a single document and arrange them on this document and save it.  Is it still possible?  There are five black and white drawings that I've resized at all have the same size.  Tutorials that I looked at, but it seems that everyone has another way to do this and all are very confusing.  Thanks for your help.

    It is not surprising that "everyone has a different way to do this." In Photoshop that is common. Try this:

    1. open a new file large enough to accommodate five drawings.

    2. open each design, click on it in the layers panel and drag and drop it in the layers panel to the new file.

    3. Repeat until all are in the new file

    4. use the move tool to reposition. (They are on separate layers)

    5 flatten the file if you wish (but save a version not flattened for future editing)

    Hi all

    I am writing because I need to merge multiple images into a single file and do not know how.

    I need to create a large table with several aerial photographs, so I didn't need to create a panorama, but I would like to use an automatic procedure to merge the images because they are many.

    Can you help me??

  • Illustrator: Starts a new path from an existing anchor point without continuing the path

    Is it possible by using the pen, or any tool tool, to start a new path to the exact coordinate of an anchor without the tool pen automatically linking the existing to the new path?

    CG,

    The guides are your friends.

    With the selected pen tool, you can:

    (1) use the P key after the end of the first path;

    (Somewhere, 2) click close and keep Clicked, and then hold down the space bar and drag it to align with the anchor Point of end of 1) and drag the handles if desired, and then continue on the street as usual.

  • Transform (defined) multiple paths into a single object

    Hey guys!

    I'm working on a project in which I drew things with the tool pen using a contour of a pixel. Notice in the screenshot below, I made a pillar of cloud and a pillar of fire covered by a symbol of the Alpha-Omega (the pillar of cloud and Alpha/Omega is selected):

    paths.png

    Now, I was able to successfully merge the Alpha to the omega using the Locator of oath. As you can see there is now an object. But the pillar of cloud I can't merge. My ultimate goal is for all these paths in the pillar of cloud to have a transparent object Center (so just curvey lines are the object). Then, I want to use the control of pathfinder to subtract the overlay of the alpha omega object lines. When I try to do, I get the following, unwanted results:Paths2.png

    When I want the end result to look something more like this (plaids, excuse the rushed work 'Paint'):

    Paths3.png

    Tips on how to get there? I'm at a stand still here! Thanks, You guys rock!

    Object > outline stroke.

    This will transform the traits in forms. Those who can be brought together by the pathfinder.

  • Data merge multiple records on a single page?

    I'm working on a grand layout photos grad with names, of the years and images.

    I'm trying to data merge my excel sheet spread if I can have all the images, names and years on one page.  There are about 4000 images total (spread through 5 layouts), so I don't want to put all the pictures individually, the names of types and years individually and then re - arrange when we need to add additional images.

    My problem is that the same data are reapeating in all fields on the page.  Even when I create a new page, the same data made its appearance.

    If I saw the data, I can scroll through all of them, but only ever displays both.  Multiple data by option on the page are grayed out in the data merge window whenever I try.   I use InDesign CS4.

    Y at - it something I am doing wrong, or is there another way to approach it?

    I agree that it seems like if you duplicated data in your source although I can't gray on the option of multiple data page, if I try. It is perhaps something poick to the top with this clip. Good luck & let us know how make you out.

  • aligning curved paths / separated from the anchor points

    OK so I'll try to recreate a logo that did for me awhile it y a. never, I could find the original font, so I started describing the cursive "L" with the pen tool. My problem is the following:

    How to align these curved paths that are broken but still in the same form closed? instruments, smoothly and quickly. You can see I added a YELLOW curved line as a guide, but there must be an easier way of efficient, correct?

    Don't think that "hierarchical" not... think "trace". You can overlap paths while doing so it won't make any differnce in the end. There is no reason that you should only follow the outside of the shape. Overlap the paths when necessary to continue the curves.

  • How an anchor to use right on the path and not on the point tool? I have

    I'm using version CS 5. I tried, but gives me an error. Is it available on a newer version?

    kisanbhat,

    There are three tools of anchor Point.

    Add the anchor Point should work (only) on the path between the existing Anchor Points. Removal of Point of anchorage and Point Director conversion should work (only) on exoisting Anchor Points.

    Otherwise, something is really wrong.

    The following is a general list of things you can try when the question is not in a specific file (you tried/made some of them already). 1 and 2) are easier for temporary strangenesses and 3) and 4) specifically preferences might be corrupt); ((5) is a list in itself and 6) is the last resort.

    (1) close Illy and open again.

    (2) restart the computer (you can do that up to 3 times);

    (3) close Illy and press Ctrl + Alt + Shift / Cmd + Option + shift during startup (easy, but irreversible);

    4) move the folder (follow the link with this name) with closed Illy (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);

    5 look through and try the relevant among the other options (click on the link with that name, item 7) is a list of the usual suspects among other applications which can disturb and confuse Illy, point 15) applies to the maybe CS5, CS6 and CC);

    Even worse, you can:

    (6) uninstall, run the vacuum cleaner tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and then reinstall.

  • How to start to draw with the pen tool, a different anchor point?

    It's as simple as that. How can I change the anchor point where I paint. I use the tool on Illustrator CS6 pen on a tablet.

    Thank you!!!

    for8aby,

    Guides are your friends, depending on whether you want to continue A) the shape of the path (so far) last anchor Point or B) create a new path starting with an internal Anchor Point with the pen tool:

    (A) right click/ClickDrag on/off the last anchor Point;

    (B) click anywhere near the internal Anchor Point, press space, and move the point on the path ( pathcommented for example) until you're here

    (Smart Guides say anchor), and then drag the handles, as appropriate.

    After that, you can continue as ususal.

  • Merge multiple PDF in c# using Acrobat 7.0 files

    I'm trying to merge multiple PDFs into a single pdf file. Does anyone have sample or pseudo code for this?

    Basically, it has hardly changed since version 5 you can use also. 8 SDK / section IAC.

    The command to use is "insert", where the first page must be opened and the other pages will be inserted.

    If you use google for PdDoc.insert you can get tons of examples and perhaps also in C.

    If you use the Acro-Javascript via IAC you can find an example directly in the help file AcroJs.

  • Drag a single handle on an anchor point in a path

    Hello

    I wonder how it is possible to drag only a handful of anchor point. Sometimes I have a path and some anchor points have only a handful of drag on. Now, I want to address the other handle _without_ changing the handle already positioned. Is it still possible?

    The tool 'convert anchor' point allows me to drag the handles, but only two at a time. This always results in change in position of the handle already positioned.

    Thank you

    -Sebastian

    Hello Sebastian,.

    You can always use a plug-in like Nineblock software BetterHandles to accomplish this and many other manipulations of Bezier curve which does not exist natively in Illustrator.

  • How can I remove the unnecessary anchor points ALL at ONCE? (pathfinder / path offset)

    Hello, I tried to seek answers on this topic, but it was of no use...

    I'm currently in trouble after too many anchor points "image path" or "path offset tool."

    1. I would like to know if there is a way to remove unnecessary points at a TIME. (e.g. multiple on stait line or duplicate anchor points points to an anchor point)

    -J' tried to "Simplify", but it changed the image too.

    -J' tried to "Remove points of redundancy" when using the 'image path' but it came out as below:

    multiple points.JPG

    2. sometimes pathfinder seems to duplicate paths. Is it possible to know that there are both duplicated paths eraseing double GOLD?

    Thanks for read this msg, I hope to hear from someone who has answers to my questions.

    You can buy clever graphics VectorScribe if you do this a lot.

    If not, redraw using the pen tool, as some authors have claimed.

  • The path segments and anchor point conversion

    Once again, coming from CorelDraw background, working with paths and their anchor in Illustrator, seems me very little practice, but hey, I'm willing to learn. However, I could not find how to get this Illustrator basic functionality, and oh boy I searched a lot. So, here we go, maybe you guys can give me a hint.

    Basically, in CorelDraw, anchor points can be: cusp point, smooth or symmetrical and the correspondence path segments can be lines or curves, all of these can be set by little fast individually and for me somehow normal.

    Corel000.jpgCorel002.jpgCorel003.jpgCorel004.jpgCorel005.jpgCorel006.jpgCorel007.jpg

    Now in illustrator, I know how to use convert tool for shwitch to a smooth point to a corner anchor point or the other way around. But many times, after his conversion to a point angle, I would like to have the posibility to do one or the other line segments of a path or curve. How can I do this in Illustrator?

    It is also possible to reproduce the functionality of symmetrical knot in Illustrator, which is specific for an anchor point handles, are the same length, move synchronized and always 180 deg apart.

    Thank you and sorry if my questions are obvious, I can't find my energetic path in Illustrator.

    I'm really sorry for this announcement.

    Don't apologize. Your points are not invalid.

    Fact, it's simply, Illustrator does not provide an explicit anchor type that assures the tangency between the right and a segment of the curve (your screenshot third in your initial post). Draw is done. The fact Freehand (called connector Points). No Illustrator.

    Illustrator does not provide an adequate means for retrieving a single handful of anchor point. Allowing you to win almost end up disrupting the curvature of the adjacent section.

    Illustrator does not constraints anchors to symmetric handles of the same length. You can do this initially convert result to slip with the tool, or (recently) click the button convert to smooth in the control panel. But even once, there no special anchor type to ensure that the symmetry continues with future adjustments.

    If you continue to study carefully the differences, you will find several omissions similar and/or limitations in interface of Bezier path of Illustrator, for taken-for-granted things in other programs. For example, you cannot compel a length of handle adjustment (sliding) to the current angle. It's always been like that. The Illustrator Bezier interface is worse in their class. Too many tools; too few features.
