message storage iCloud in the picture settings

Hello, I hit the limit of the ability to default iCloud and new photos taken with my iPhone stopped downloading, so I decided to subscribe to 50 GB storage expansion. I have a lot of storage free iCloud, but I still get the same message when I go to settings-> photos. How can I get rid of this and start the synchronization again my photos? New pictures taken with my iPad are downloaded immediately.

Your iPhone and iPad using the same iCloud account? If so try to connect on iCloud on your phone and signing in.

You are not allowed to write to the specified folder.

    CHEK your access privileges.

Also: in case you save to a network: do not.

Try to save in the Documents folder in your user folder. Then close the document and check what needs to be checked.

  • Toshiba 39L4353DB - picture settings

    Hi all

If someone could advise on the best settings of picture for this model. Most of the comments say together on day of Hollywood or settings pro in Hollywood, but even with the brightness & contrast settings, the image looks too gray. The standard setting is the best that I can get but seems too bright for my taste.

The display auto setting is too dark, too bright. Someone out there with this model that give some guide that they put their game for. I had two previous Toshiba TVs & gave excellent service without problem, but I think that the picture settings were far superior to the current 39L4353DB.

As I m not wrong there are three (next to the dynamic and standard mode) additional photo gifts: night of Hollywood, Hollywood and Hollywood Pro

Night mode of Hollywood and Hollywood day should be used in different contexts of ambient light.
Hollywood Pro by default values seems to be very similar to the night of Hollywood, but Pro supports the additional automatic calibration function.

But its not easy to provide the best picture settings because it always different factors, for example; device that is connected to the television audience, environment, habits, image source and quality

I recommend to download some FullHD basic test images and to calibrate the TV to your own offers.

  • If I delete the pictures of my phone are they gone from iCloud too? Try to free some storage capacity

Ive deleted over 500 hundreds of photos of my phone thinking he saved on iCloud but they re gone from there, is possible to recover?

If you have removed the over the last 30 days, they will be in your recently deleted album.

With iCloud library enabled, you cannot delete a photo on a device (or iCloud.com) without deleting each device which uses iCloud photo library (iCloud.com). In order to save space on your mobile devices (and indeed your Mac if you want to) turn on the optimization of the pictures on these devices (settings > photos & camera > optimize storage on your mobile device and Photo preferences > optimize storage on your Mac)

Dynamic optimization, it reduces the resolution of your photos, if necessary, so that you don't notice it occurring initially. However, when necessary, it is very effective, and users have reported libraries being optimized for much less than 10% of their original size in some cases. My own library is about 9% of its original on my phone size.

In most cases, optimize your photos should be enough to raise the space related issues on your device. However, if you have an exceptionally large library you may need to disable iCloud photo library on your mobile device and use instead the photo stream. You can then use a computer to manage the photo stream photos and have them automatically imported into you iCloud photo library.

  • QuickLook works do not for the pictures in Messages

I am a very experienced user with multiple Macs and several iOS devices, all El Capitan running (or Yosemite) and iOS 9.3 and all messages (SMS/text/iCloud) synchronize correctly between all devices. But on my main Mac, a 2015 (MBP) (El Capitan) MacBook Pro, if someone texted me photo, when I select this picture, and then use the space bar to call QuickLook (to enlarge the photo), I get a window (white) large, empty, instead of the actual image:

(Interestingly, the empty window door the correct name of the photo, but no image).

So, on this machine, if I want to display an image that I received, I have to drag Messages on the desktop, and then I can use QuickLook. But QuickLook refuse to work within the Messages.app. (This is NOT the case on any of my other Macs. On these machines, when I hit the space bar, I get a larger version of the picture, as expected. "But it's the Mac I use more often!)

I should also mention that this MBP is new, and its contents have been cloned, from a backup of my previous MBP a few weeks ago. And the previous MBP had the same problem, both in El Capitan and previously in Yosemite. This seems to suggest that there is a kind of corruption, somewhere.

    Any suggestions?

I've considered trashing preferences, but Messages has several preferences files, and I don't know which ones to affect function. I'm fine with reset preferences of the application or on the way home my account information. But more importantly, if possible, I don't want to lose my message history.  :-)

    Preferably related files include:

    com.apple.imservice.iMessage.plist

    com Apple.IMessage.Bag.plist

    com Apple.iChat.plist

    com Apple.imagent.plist

No one knows which of these may be better to try to remove, while retaining the history of my message? Alternatively, if I'm on the wrong track, I would appreciate any other suggestions.

    Thank you!

    Hello

The captain also lacks the ability to open preview

This photo is also an AIM chat who actually sent this photo 'online' if I zip (Compress) them.

com Apple.iChat.plist is not holder iMessage 'story' that he she now holds the recent list of cat (which is useless because there is no option in the file Menu to access).  It also holds all preferences and Settings Menu d ' option.

com Apple.imagent.com holds the account names of all accounts that you have and are involved in logging operations behind the scenes. There is a process called image that starts when the computer does and it will be based on the setting in the General Section identify enough to 'listen' servers. The parameter in the section general read "when I leave Messages, set the status offline" - it does not affect the iMessages account that will always show offline Messages.

com.apple.imservice.iMessage.plist it is not longer used.  Yosemite El Capitan, it uses com.apple.ids.service.com.apple.madrid.plist instead.  It is also only on the info on behalf of iMessages and not on the 'history' or how pictures of cats are treated.

com Apple.IMessage.Bag.plist it lists only the last used Apple iMessages server.

However, there are these some .plist in ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.soagent/data/Library/Preferences which also play a role.

Note the location of the path bar across the bottom.

com.apple.messageshelper.FileTransferController.plist very probably watching the wick she holds a record of all the files and images sent to you, but in the hex names.

    View of Xcode.

com Apple.quicklookconfig.plist doesn't seem to have relevant information.

The next would be the Preview but .plist which is as empty as the at a glance.

The real "live .plist lies in ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Preview/Data/Library/Preferences , rather than having an Alias point in the folder ~/Library/Preferences.

That said, and after reviewing through it I see no reference to what applications it is allowed to work with.

This seems to be a question that involves 3 apps, look and preview Messages.

All have read and write routes through ~/Library/Containers and the file final storage ~/Library/preferences.

  • Did I lose my iTunes pictures if I allow a storage iCloud?

Currently, I back up photos on iTunes and to enable storage of photos in iCloud.  When I turn the button, it says that I lose more than 1000 photos from iTunes.  How can ensure me that I have dobt losing these photos and ensure that they are part of the cloud storage.

Photos that alert refers to are the pictures available to you on the phone and who were transferred to the phone using iTunes to sync it to the computer. They will be deleted from the phone, but will not be removed from the computer. There is more information in the section titled "what happens if some of my photos are missing after I turn on iCloud library" to get help with your iCloud photo library - Apple Support Note that section a also instructions on how could return these pictures on your phone by downloading them manually to iCloud where they would then sync to your phone (although that may take time to 1,000 pictures).

And more photos synchronized being removed from the phone (which is what the warning message that you see), note that after turning on iCloud photo library, a backup of the phone via iTunes is more pictures. That is discussed in the section called "backup to iTunes" in the following link: about backups in iCloud and iTunes - Apple Support

  • How to remove Photos from the iPhone/iPad/iCloud and no pictures

How to take a photo with my iPhone/iPad, allow it to synchronize with Photos on my Mac via iCoud, then delete from my iPhone/iPad/iCloud and removes any Photos on Mac? I want to save the photo on your computer and save space on small devices?

I keep seeing articles on the iCloud market turn but it seems the photos all return on the devices once restarted. I want to iCloud on use as a conduit to get the photos to my computer, not as a large storage space. I want the Photos app on my Mac where all the photos are filled and stored and choose those which is left each device.

Right now they are all in the pictures on the Mac, but I'm worried if I remove it from my iPhone/iPad that they will disappear from Photos on the Mac. I don't understand the new Photos app with all the missing features of iPhoto.

    Thank you!

You can not that's not how works iCloud photo library - it is not a conduit but a total synchronization service whose entire raison d'etre is to keep libraries connected identical - all changes made on any device (addition, deletion or modification) are made on all devices. For devices with limited memory, using optimized photos

If this isn't what you want then use another service - USB import, iTunes sync, MyPhotoStream for example each do different things and everyone can move photos from one device to another

And Photos lack a lot of features iPhoto form - in fact much more features than iPhoto including iCloud library there like a bigger and better editing capability and better external editing capability and so on

  • Cannot take a picture even if I have storage iCloud

I bought storage additional iCloud for my phone but when even can't take a photo because 'there is not enough storage to take photo' even if I got 48.8 GB available storage iCloud!

Do not forget that iCloud that photo library is designed to reflect your library on all your devices. In order to have a lot of storage iCloud does not mean that you don't need any (extra) storage space on your iPhone.

You can however use the "Optimize iPhone storage" setting located under settings, iCloud, Photos, Photos & camera or settings. When this option is selected, most of the photos that are stored on your iPhone will be reduced versions, good enough for display on the screen of your iPhone. This may, or may not create enough free space on your iPhone to take new photos.

  • Don't turn off the misdeeds of the option of backup (storage iCloud) the application or at the end upward in a data loss?

I'm having a total allocated 5Gig my storage space, in my iPhone5s (16 GB, last update 9.3.2). I have backups for like almost most of my applications. So I tried entering space by turning off backups, for some of the apps. Now who will be harmful?

In other words, for example say I have backup for WhatsApp and then turning off, I'm freeing storage space. So once I have turn off backup, what actually happens? It does not store messages or conversations in the cloud?

Adding to the question above, what is the difference of the backup power off and removing documents and data out of the app?

    Any help would be appreciated.

To your first question: no backups in iCloud means that if you don't back up your device with iTunes on your laptop, an accident or problems, you will not be able to recover your data and your data will be lost. But turn it off doesn't cause any loss of data, that you are prompted if you want to keep what you have in your device or not (always answer ' keep on my iPhone ")

Secondly, the removal of the information from the application deletes your progression of game, or Safari bookmarks, or attached or any other app login information. It deletes the data on your device.

  • message - complete iCloud storage iBooks (but isn't)

    Hello

I turned on sync for iBooks iCloud after update to OS X 10.11.4. Now I get a message that sync is not possible that my iCloud storage is full. But I have a plan of 1 TB with 650 GB of free space.

    I guess it's a problem I have two accounts:

    (1) the iTunes Store ([email protected]) account, which is older than iCloud is

    (2) the iCloud ([email protected]) account that has storage (650 GB space left)

In iBooks I am connected to my Bank (1) account, which is required to buy the content. Maybe iBooks trying to synchronize with this account? Can I configure iBooks to use my my iCloud account storage (2)?

I am still very confused with all my accounts (in fact there are 2 accounts more some reasons). There is still no option to merge all accounts into one?

    Thank you for any input!

Same problem here, the only difference is that I have just an account iCloud, with 4 GB left, but iBooks keeps telling me "storage iCloud is full"
