  The problem is that the version of your OS X may be too old to support the latest version of iTunes.

  Currently the latest version of iTunes is 12.3.3.  iTunes 12.3.X is necessary for the iOS interface 9.  But iTunes 12.3.X requires OS X 10.8.5 or later version.

  I finally called the Blackberry technical support service and they solved my problem.  I had remove databases (because there was probably a corrupted entry) and remove the books of CICAL service on the device.  Thanks for the comments.

  Windows Media Player are not compatible with the iPod. You may need to purchase a plug-in to sync the iPod to your windows media player.

  Otherwise, you will get assistance from Apple to download and use iTunes from the IPod website.

  have you tried through the USB port but I don't know what to do next; I don't want to put them in iMovie, just pictures and to have them automatically sync with my Mac as do my photos.

  I am constantly running out of space on my iPhone and be able to drop my videos somewhere where they can be safe.

  (sidenote: I have no space for my photos and videos on iCloud and cannot afford the premium storage, so for now, it is not a question of iCloud.)

  If you use iOS 10.x, you need the latest version of iTunes, 12.5.1. If you use iTunes 12.1.3, it makes me think that you have Windows XP or Vista. Is this the case?   Hello, I really need help.  I tried everything I can think of to solve the problem.  I have the 8350i Nextel, just recently it stopped syncing with my outlook calendar.  Everything in outlook sync very well.  I went into my BB desktop to sync settings manager, I have reset and it still does not work.  I does not synchronize either, and I have it configured to synchronize both ways.  I disabled phone and out of the battery for a few minutes and restarted my computer.  I would be very happy if someone can help.
