INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE after AV Suite installation

I'm having a problem with the installation of a Suite of AV on our systems.
System: HP ProLiant ML110 Server Gen9
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2
Attempt on AV 1: Kaspersky Endpoint Security
The attempt of Suite VA 2: BitDefender Enterprise Endpoint Security
Install either AV more results in the system does not start. During the splash screen, the system will search BSOD with error INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.
Scenario 1: Installation of KAV causes the system crash instantly and restart, the system will experience the BSOD
Scenario 2: Installing BitDefender does not cause an accident. The installation is successful, but manual restarts, the system will be the BSOD
I've updated all the drivers/firmware using the latest HP SPP (04.2016).
Auto repair does not work. The system does not boot mode safe mode (by selecting the this will just in autofix Mode).
The only way to restore the system is to use the option "use last know good Configuration" from the selection (SHIFT + F8) safe mode screen.
Does anyone have any suggestions I can try? If you need more information please let me know.

I bought a genuine product Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard about 3 years ago. Firefox 4 is unable to install add-ons. After download the 'installation' bar stuck in the beginning and never ends.
After that I updated to 3.6, FF4 to see any of my previous modules.
When you try to install the new, I see no error dialog box or message, just install bar is not going anywhere.To anyone out there yet with this issue.
The solution that worked for me was to create a new user profile.
Give it a try, if it works you can just move your settings and other things more.

I just got my Toshiba Satellite U300-159 (model No. PSU30E-07901NN5)
It was a display model used in the store where I bought, so I wanted to do a clean install.
Using the recovery cd did not work. (Something about some files than couln can't be read).
It is a really bothers me not at all because I want to run it with a clean Vista anyway, so I jumped into a Vista Home Premium 64-Bit UK + SP1 and installed it.After that the installation was done, I ran windows update to get a little more drivers for the few items that not have installed correctly.
After that almost everything worked very well.
Except:
I had two entries in the called Device Manager device Base System. They are found under 'other devices '.
I have looked around the site of toshiba for the drivers, but can't find anything that seemed as if it was the thing that I was missing.

Validation problem
After reformatting and installation, activation, I get a message that I don't have a valid copy of XP. Get errors from each Web site for certificate errors. Any ideas?I think I found that the time and date on the pc was showing Jan of 2002. Seems to be loading of updates now! I hope that this will solve.

Help please! I installed Vista service pack 1 last nyt via windows update and after installation to restart received the following message;
PC stops with 0xc01a001d after restarting the installation of SP1... system proven recovery and system restore but nothing helped! I am now reinstall visat using the recovery CD, but will have lost all the data, not great! Why has this happened? I am now very reluctant to reinstall SP1 don't want another weekend busy trying to re-vive my laptop!

I suggest you to remove Seagate Crystal Reports from your computer by using the windows cleanup utility. Then download this software again and try to install in clean boot mode.
