  I suggest that you try disabling the application and then activation.

  Menu > settings > Apps > all > disable messaging

  To allow

  Menu > settings > Apps > all > disabled > messaging > activate.

  Of course - this can be changed on a basis by user on the talk page in the SA or via PCA web interfaces. You can also edit groups of users (or all) using BulkEdit you will find in the filing of tools on your desktop. You can also change it in the models of subscriber you are using so that the newly created users have this default value.

  Send eight accounts makes for lots of email if it's hard for me to keep on top if someone has replied by looking down from all accounts and checking the threads for each of them.

  running itunes 12.1.2.27 64-bit on a windows 7 PC, when I try to connect the new itunes iPad (with iOS 9.3.4) 2 Air is delivered by error message iPad needs newer version of itunes. my iPhone 5 iOS 9.3.4 also works very well.

  You need iTunes version 12.3 to synchronize with it - have you tried to update to the current version, either directly in iTunes, or by downloading it from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ ?

  I'm under 10.6.8 because I have some programs PowerPC, I should use.  I boot from an external drive to run the new MacOS.

  Try to boot from the external drive, open iTunes, select the iPad and see if wireless synchronization is selected. If so, turn it off.

I've seen a few people complain about what happens on a MAC or Windows Vista, but I have not seen someone with Windows 8.1 complain. Any ideas?

  My daughter has disabled my ipad pro trying my password too many times. So I don't think okey no problems I'll connect to my iTunes and restore the backup of my Monday. When I connect the ipad to my laptop, iTunes popped up with a message saying cannot access ipad locked with a password... While on the screen of the ipad, it displays message ipad disabled connect to iTunes.
