  First time on the forums to ask a question.

  My daughter has disabled my ipad pro trying my password too many times. So I don't think okey no problems I'll connect to my iTunes and restore the backup of my Monday. When I connect the ipad to my laptop, iTunes popped up with a message saying cannot access ipad locked with a password... While on the screen of the ipad, it displays message ipad disabled connect to iTunes.

  I tried to put it in recovery mode and a loop is executed on the screen saying ipad disabled connect to iTunes.  so I am hoping to get a solution here or it will be better to take it to the local apple store, here in Toronto.

  I think it has todo with your local policy settings or local users and
  Groups settings.

  To check the password through the local policy settings.

  1. click on Start and in the instance type search in "Run".
  2. press on enter in the dialog box run will be appear and type
  in "gpedit.msc" and press enter.
  3. UAC ask credetials or ask you to give permission.
  Perform this fix and pass the UAC elevation prompt.
  4. open the Settings Windows in the tree and then open
  the security settings and choose the account policies and choose
        Password policy. 
  5. on the right side, you will get a list of password settings.
  6. check here in the "Maximum password age".

  To view your account from local users and
  Groups.

  1. click on Start and in the search for the instance of type 'Run'.
  2. press on enter in the dialog box run will be appear and type
  in "lusrmgr.msc" and press enter.
  3 UAC will ask credentials or to ask you to give permission.
  Perform this fix and pass the UAC elevation prompt.
  4. click on the users in the Panel side tree and on the
  on the right a list of accounts on this PC.
  5. now find your account and right-click on it, choose
        properies.
  6. a properties dialogue box appears specific to this account now
  Check if the box "password never expires" is checked.
  7. If it is unchecked then check, and then restart your PC.

  Sometimes the malware could have disabled the files. Try to run an online scan and see if it helps.

  Make sure your time and date is correct.  If this is not the case, correct it and try the install again.

  Remove anti-virus, anti-malware or module security or performance or system cleanup tools according to the instructions of the respective providers.   Try again.

  If this fails, restart the iMac by Safe Mode like which clears and regenerates the system puts in cache, among other details, reboot normally and see if the Mac App Store download starts working.   Then re-download the installer of El Capitan, and then try again.
