Method to separate the unprotected photos copyright

Hello. I wanted to ask how other people to file and refer to their * officially copyrighted * (via the US Copyright Office) photos of research/easy recovery? I intend to send a batch of photos of the copyright office every two weeks and I will try to find the best way to drop them so I don't know what was expelled and which must be expelled. How do other people manage this? Note: I have the right word in author and the corresponding date in the Lightroom metadata, but I'm referring to is a way to manage the photos that have been sent to the Office of copyright than those who have not. Thank you!

I think that done MissM2 refers to something else. It defines all images copyright by default, as it must, as any photo you take is protected from the moment you press the shutter. I do the same thing to ingest images from my camera with a metadata preset that assigns protected status in the copyright field and the field of copyright to my name (to appear on the standard watermark). However if you now want to distinguish between which photos have been downloaded registration with the Office of copyright, which is always a subset of copyrighted images that you once again every image is copyrighted but only a few could be those that you want to register for full protection or you do just once a month or two. To make this distinction, you use collections or one special keyword or another designated metadata field, you cannot use the protected field since already chosen for each image.

  • How to separate the Raw files of the photo library

My photo library is over 700 GB. I have a lot of raw files that are 30 MB or more. How can we separate the raw files in a separate file or a separate library?

Duplicate your photos library in the Finder and then remove all the BULLIES of the first library photos and all photos that are not the RAW files of the second library.

You can search for RAW photos with a smart album:

    File > new Smart Album

Then set the rule set to "picture is GROSS."

Of the other library use the rule 'The Photo is not BELIEVED'.

  • Can't separate the pix date during and after import?

I recently switched to Photos v. 1.3 from iPhoto, running an iMac with OS X 10.11.3. When you import photos from a memory card into iPhoto, I was able to separate the photos by date, as I found myself with, say, 10 different sets of pictures, one for each day, from a memory card which covered ten days in total. I don't seem to have the same functionality in Photos - I checked the online help for the Photos and can't find any mention of it. I'll appreciate any helpful comments!

Look in moments - they are automatically put in order by date and place - Moments are the new events and totally based on information from photos - no relationship to import date - all the Photos is sorted by date added to the library (the date of importation)

  • Help deleting photos in album and 'Photos' in the Apple photo software?

I want to remove the file from the photo of an album created, but also removed it from my 'Photos' / 'All the Photos' (sometimes described as unicameral roll) on my library of MacBook Pro Photos without having to go through the button remove the process twice.  Someone knows a shortcut?

    My approach:

I download my photos from my camera and then divide them into 'Albums' I really hate the film.  It's like having 17 000 photos in a big shoebox by date order.  Its incredibly difficult to see all the pictures of a season of baseball and football, etc. because they are scattered in several weeks/months.  I take all the pictures belonging to an 'event' (birthday, baseball, football season) and create an album date/name for it.  Now that my photos are well ranked in "events" I can look and throw the bad ones.  However, when I remove the album, the picture always ends in the film.  I want it completely removed from my laptop that I don't want the clutter and the need to preserve space.  I then have to go again in the "Photos / camera roll" or "All Photos" and find the photos I just delete the album and then delete them again.  It is very hard and heavy.  Can I use a Smart Album query and search for all photos Non-Album.  If I made my picture original assignments album properly, all the photos I removed from said album should show in the query.  If I can do a delete everything in this smart album.

I want just a simpler method to remove/take a photo from an album that he has permanently removed from my laptop.

Is it possible that I can choose to have a question pop up when deleting which States "do you want this / these photos deleted from the album only or moved to the recently deleted zone?  Or y at - it a solution I'm missing?

MacBookPro, OS X El Capitan, version 10.11.1, Version 1.2 (340.4.0) Photos

    Thank you!!

Remove Photos from a photo 1.2 library

    1. regardless where you are in the library, i.e. Moments, collections, albums, smart albums or projects, select the photos you want to remove, use the command + delete keyboard shortcut to move the photos to the recently deleted smart album.

2 - Click on the albums smart recently deleted in the sidebar.

    3. in the recently deleted album, you can opt to leave the photo automatically delete after the 30-day waiting period is in place, remove them immediately or restore them in the library.

NOTE: deleting a photo from an album, slideshow, book, etc., only the delete key only deletes this picture of this element. Removal of a photo of a Moment or the Collection removes ALL occurrences of this photo in the library.

  • delegate method calls to the members of a class

    Hello

I'm new to LabView and using the 2013 version.

I am familiar with the concepts of object-oriented programming.

    situation/goal

I have a controller that controls axes. The controller said communication happens via plain text messages.

I want to control the two axes with orders abstract (moving, stop, speed change, etc.) of LabView.

That's why I created a class of axis with several parameters. (although)

The controller communication is established via an ActiveX reference.

I created a controller class that holds said reference in addition to the two axes.

My goal here is to create a controller object, which past its ActiveX reference for the two axis.

To add lines to the controller I dragged the class axis from the window of the class controller twice overall project.

I created some accessors to all members of the class of the axis, including its ActiveX reference.

    problem

In the Set accessor method for the controller class ActiveX reference, I would like to call the setters for the return of the two axes objects that contains the ActiveX controller.

I can separate the controller to see the two axes, but I can neither unbundle either of the axes nor can I add a method node to them.

It is logical that the separation is not possible to ensure encapsulation, but why can't I just call a method?

Am I still add references to objects when you drag the axis class?

Or is what adds the class itself?

If this adds the class, how can I add a reference to an object of a certain class as a member of another class?

I've attached a screenshot of the controller class.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello

The object Oriented Design is rater hard. Encapsulation banned, as you said, the data from your classes are defined outside their class.

In your case it means that you have to create a data member access VI inside of the class of the Axes. These access screws (methods) allows you to set the values for these axes of type two objects inside of the controller of the class. Make sure that these two classes are in the less community.

You can refer to a class using reference data value, Yes, BUT in this data type to the reference class is included. At the time, it seemed more convenient: LabVIEW programming job: The decisions behind the Design http://www.ni.com/white-paper/3574/en/

    Self an example here:

Examples for the new reference value of data with the Forums of Discussion LVOOP https://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Examples-for-New-Data-Value-Reference-with-LVOOP/td-p/1317493

If you want to use data heavily references, I would recommend the GOOP package, which has different design questions build in singleton as etc. (which are not possible by default in LabVIEW)

  • Better implementation of a callback method to update the various fields?

    Hey everybody,

I'm developing an application that uses the Google Translate API.  I set it up so that a user can specify a language before you do, and then once they connect, I have wrappers around each piece of text displayed on the screen which will result by the text based on the language selected.

My problem is that several things must be brought on a given screen.  Therefore, I need to access Google Translate API several times per screen.  To do this, I opened a HTTPConnection on a new thread.  So I turn my screen Interface to the translator class, and then the translator class call my callback methods for the screen (requestSucceeded() or requestFailed()).

Now, let's say that I have translated the title of the screen and the screen text.  These are two separate HTTPConnections.  So, when the title is translated, I want my requestSucceeded() setText method on my LabelField title.  When the body of the text is translated, I want my requestSucceeded() setText method on my body LabelField.

What is the best way to have my requestSucceeded() method to differentiate the various fields to be updated?  Currently, I'm passing to the translator two things (via a string [] array): the text to be translated and a 'cookie', which describes the element being translated.  I then use if statements in my callback requestSucceeded() Update method the appropriate field based on the 'cookie' (which the translator will send in return and the text translated).

I feel like there must be a better way to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thank you!

I don't know I understand your question, but it seems that this is to decouple the the task of translation of background of the user interface element that is being translated. You're already halfway to decouple the background translator of the mechanism that updates the user interface. What you seem to be missing is a nice way to specify the target of the translation without writing a lot of switch / if statements.

Instead of having a translation callback object that serves several UI elements, you could create a reminder for each UI element. The reminders will always implement the same interface, so the task of the translator background will be not supported. For example, the interface could be something in the sense of:

    interface TranslationCallback {
      void translationCompleted(String translation);
      void translationFailed(Throwable cause);
    }

Your user interface would then create a callback object that encapsulates a user interface element (for example, a text field) and implements the TranslationCallback above. Inside of the translationCompleted and the translationFailed logic will not need to understand which element to update, because the reminder is associated with a particular item in a particular category, for example, TextField.

  • I have problem rotation tiff file in the Windows Photo Viewer.

The last time when you use Windows XP, it is ok, but after upgrading to Win7 have problem rotation of files tiff using standard Windows photo viewer or Windows Live Photo Gallery. This happens to the files without administrator rights. Understand that the last time WinXP also had this problem but it had been fixed. Any resolution for Windows 7?

If I understand correctly, you cannot rotate the tiff file in the Windows Photo Viewer. I suggest you follow the troubleshooting steps to check if this may help.

    1. don't you make changes on the computer before the show?
2 is the issue limited to the tiff files?
    3. you receive an error message on the computer?

Photo Viewer Windows can only view .jpg and .jpeg, .tif and .tiff, .png, .gif, .bmp and DIBs, .wdp file types.
For more information, see this link:
Understand the types of image files

    Method 1:
You can take all the permissions in the folder of tiff files and check.
Here are the steps to change the ownership and permissions of files and folders:

    a. right click on the file or folder, click Propertiesand then click the Security tab.

    b. click Advancedand then click the owner tab.

    c. click change, and then do one of the following:

    · To change the owner to a user or group that is not listed, click other users and groups , in area enter the object name to select (examples), type the name of the user or group, and then click OK.

    · To change the owner to a user or group that appears in the area of change of ownership to , click the new owner.

    d. If you want to take ownership of the contents of the folder, select the checkbox replace the owner of sub containers and objects .

    e. click OKand then click Yes when you receive the following message is displayed:

You are not allowed to read the contents of directory folder name. Do you want to replace the the directory permissions with permissions granting you full control?

All permissions will be replaced if you click Yes.

Note folder_name is the name of the folder you want to take charge.

    f. click OKand then reapply the permissions and security settings that you want for the folder and its contents.

    Hello

I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing and will certainly help you in the right direction to solve the problem. However, I would be grateful if you could answer a few questions to refine the question in order to provide you with better assistance.

    1. Form when you try to open pictures? Is it in Photo Viewer?
    2. What type of files you are trying to open?
    3. You are able to open the photos in the Photos App?
    4. What is the brand and model of the computer?
    5. You did changes to the computer before this problem?

I suggest you to try the steps below and see if it helps you to solve the problem.

Method 1: Run the utility to search and index and check.

    a. press the Windows key + X and click on Control Panel.

    b. click on Troubleshooting.

    c. Select display all on the upper left corner.

    d. perform research and solving problems of indexing.

Method 2: Restart the Windows Search service and check.

    (a) press Windows + R key and type "services.msc" and press ENTER.

    (b) locate the Windows Search service and right-click on it.

    (c) click Properties and check that the start option has been activated.

Method 3: If the problem persists, I suggest you to run a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner (MSS) to ensure that the computer is virus-free.

The Microsoft Safety Scanner free is a downloadable security tool that allows analysis at the application and helps remove viruses, spyware and other malicious software. It works with your current antivirus software.

    http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx

Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner ends 10 days after being downloaded. To restart a scan with the latest definitions of anti-malware, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

  • watermark does not appear on the exported photos

I followed all the instructions and steps to follow for the tattoo and it was working fine and now it does not want to add a watermark to the exported photos

If you zoom in on exports that you thought no watermark, you would discover that nestled very tiny in the left corner of the image was a very likely diminutive watermark. The standard watermark does not work well if the size of your image is too large, it will become absolutely tiny. You can add a copyright sign by placing it in the field of copyright of metadata or by creating a custom watermark (menu Lightroom-> edit watermarks...). This will allow you to create a text watermark which will scale to any size of export. How to type a copyright sign a lot depends on the operating system.

On a Mac it's-g option: on windows you press the ALT key and type '0169"while holding down the alt key.
