Microsoft Basic graphics card
Hello, I recently uninstalled my graphics card (for a very stupid reason) drivers. When I decided to re - install, my computer could not find my graphics (Radeon HD7790). I have no thought, no biggie. I will go into the Device Manager and select from there. I then noticed, there was no 7790 Radeon showing, just "Microsoft Basic graphics card. I did hours of digging through the internet to find a solution, and I had no chance. Has left me no choice but to post my questions here. Thanks for reading.
Found a solution! I installed the vista version of the driver for my graphics card and computer, then recognized my graphics card and managed to make it work. Very weird. Hmmmm... not compatible with win7 or 8? On the package, says it's "Windows 8 Ready."

I have an ASUS computer (actually it's a DIY chassis and motherboard ASUS with CD/DVD player and it is a real improvement over what I used, but I want to upgrade a NVidia 6200 AGPto graphics card of PRO for an improvement in Visual acuity and a cleaner profile.) Most computer retail online places like Comp-USA sell all these PCI cards and same NEW EGG does not list Pro AGP card. So while I'm looking I thought why not find a "Microsoft approved" AGP card?
Hello
Step 1: You may need to search the drivers updated through windows update.
See: http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/vistadefault.aspx?ln=en-us
Step 2: otherwise, you may need to search for drivers by using your favorite search engine.

Microsoft Windows XP SP3 driver for integrated graphics card Intel
Hello
Pilots who are that an option in my Center of downloads for an Intel integrated graphics is not a good substitute for the version of the Intel driver that I use, I downloaded for the Intel site.
I downloaded the version of Microsoft because in a first time, I thought that the operating system would have a more diverse and more efficient driver that would be better overall, then the parameters of constructors for all of the edge, simply because the operating system would be adjusted to my licking and so more adoptive and such.
I wonder if the Microsoft version of the driver may be corrupted or is not really the best version for my on-board graphics card and I ask this question because I installed the driver works and features that the graphics card has are now available.
With the Microsoft driver these advanced settings are not found, more; View the properties for the version of the Intel driver doesn't even load into the screen and allow me to adjust the settings of my Intel graphics card. I'm still using the Intel driver, but I'm interested to know how is the version of Microsoft drivers would not.
The best
Hello
Intel may provide a more recent version updated the driver in question. This would explain why the functionality of the driver provided by Intel has more features than offered through Windows Update.
Intel provided driver may also include their third party software that assists in the advanced settings of the display of graphics. The driver provided by Windows Update is mainly to ensure functionality. More often, it is best to download the latest drivers for hardware vendors.

My graphics card has a driver that is 9 years old, I know there are newer drivers for it. How did microsoft update tells me it's up-to-date.
Your option is to buy a Windows 10 compatible graphics card, only very rarely a graphic map of the era XP would be appropriate/compatible with Windows 10.
See you soon.

Pavilion 15 e015tx: swichable graphics card
My laptop goes down each time I have activate the two graphics card, bt when I turn off the laptop amd graphic card works fine... I want to use both, how can I solve this problem?
According to the HP for your PC product page, it did not come with preinstalled Win10, so this implies that you upgraded to Win10, right?
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the problem, that you are facing is that Microsoft provides only pilots with the most basic features and what you really need for these features in laptops is the specialized drivers written for the specific material found in laptops - and unfortunately, there is no HP Win10 laptop driver.
However, for the MS drivers that don't work well, you might consider using drivers HP Win8 - although there is no guarantee that these drivers will work. Here is the link to the page of software and drivers HP product for Win8 to your PC: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-15-e000-Notebook-PC-series/5355006/model/5389901
If this page does not display Win8x when you open it, then click EDIT and select Windows 8 x using the menu drop down. You may need to install the drivers using the compatibility mode: http://www.windows10forums.com/articles/compatibility-mode.7/
Good luck

Compaq Pressario: what is my graphics card?
Hello
Due to a power cut, I was obliged to re - install windows 10 on my old HP desktop computer, but the display is now crushed. When I look at the graphics card it just says 'card Microsoft Basic.
I read somewhere that the right adapter would be identified after 10 windows were updated, but windows 10 is now fully updated and the correct graphics card has not been detected.
The only resolution I can get is 1024 x 768. The resolution box is grayed out and the drop-down arrow doesn't work, so I can't change the resolution at all now.
Is there a way that I can find that my graphics card is really, while I can get the correct driver for it?
Here are the details of my computer;

Hello:
There is no graphics card AMD switchable for my model, even with a BIOS update. That is right.
Or is it still be grayed out as in the current state. That is right. An update of the BIOS will do nothing to allow you to change the graphic memory settings. Everything will be grayed out as before.
So if I overload a game settings, from the middle to the extreme, this means that most of the 3 GB memory graphics will be allocated to catch the game? Or even will not use the 737 MB dedicated? The laptop will initially use all the dedicated memory. If that wasn't enough, he will then consume the maximum (2.4 GB) memory system available and put it to the chart.

PowerEdge T610 Driver built-in Windows Server R2 2012 - Matrox graphics card?
Hi, so I just upgraded our t610 server to windows server 2012 r2, but unfortunately I ran into a problem where the default driver for the graphics card is "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter." I did some research and discovered that the graphic chipset embedded is a Matrox card, I tried several different adapter manual but with no. avail. The reason why I'm trying to find the right driver is b/c the current detects properly the resolutions for all monitors that I connect to the server, so all the images on the screen are a little distorted. Please can someone locate me a compatible driver for a manual installation?
-Jay
Slybrood7,
The video driver is native support for R2 of 2012. Follow this link and try this update, if you have not already.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Lyle,
Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.
According to the description of the problem your graphics card does not support the Aero themes. If you experience a problem then you need to update the drivers.
Drivers are updated occasionally. Windows can update automatically, or you can install the drivers updated yourself. It is important for you to have confidence in the updated drivers that you install. Windows warns you if it detects a suspicious or dangerous driver, you should not install.

Original title: Graphics Adapter Gone.
After the upgrade of the House 7 to 7 Pro the Toshiba support site shows the bad graphics card for my L775D. I have an AMD Radeon 6250 built in card and when you search AMD support site, it does not show my video card. I did a search automatically and empty came also.
I also had a problem with a file. TVALZ_O Sys when I search because she is on board I came with 3 files which no I can do something with. The system will accept all available Windows updates and continues do not install 3 updates of security. This a Quad Core A6 Vision 1.4 GB processor any help would be greatly appreciated as I formatted and reinstalled until I'm blue in the face.
Hello Stephen,
The file that TVALZ_O seems to be linked to Toshiba ACPI and it seems THAT BIOS should be updated.
Since you are facing many problems after the upgrade to Windows 7 Professional, it seems you may need to check the latest updates of the Toshiba BIOS.
Important: Change the BIOS (Basic input output system) / Semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.
You have to get in contact with the support Toshiba BIOS update and to get help.
Hope the helps of information. Let us know if you need help with Windows related issues. We will be happy to help you.
