  • Microsoft Explorer Mouse Touch cannot set up

    Hi all, Microsoft,.

You just bought a new Microsoft Explorer Touch mouse, but it cannot be used that the pointer does not move. Had installed the IntelliMouse 8.2 and this helped to recognize the USB transceiver only but the pointer does not move when the mouse is moved. IntelliMouse 8.2 is downloaded more than once from Microsoft and selected the version of windows xp and even after several reinstalls, the rest of the problem. (I use it on a HP laptop). I am suspecting that it is a flaw, but it was bought by internet I will return only after verifying the configuration of the device correctly. The mouse indicates green led when the switch is turned on for the first time but no led in the transmitter/receiver. Also tried to unplug the transceiver in the 3 USB ports but all the same. Also tried the mouse on another computer in Windows XP desktop and has the same problem. Laptops and PCs Office versions Windows XP SP2 or higher.

Is there anything else I can do, or that the mouse is not compatible with Windows XP?
    Kind regards

  • Microsoft Explorer has stopped working

I have Vista premium 64 bit which worked well for 8 months.  Now, I'm getting Microsoft Explorer has stopped working suite by Microsoft Explorer restarts.  In this case problably 10 to 15 times a day when I try to perform a task that requires exploring.   In addition, IE explore has the same problem (I was using IE7 32 bit until he leaves then I installed IE8 - worked for 3 days of work, then he started too fault, I tried the 32-bit versions and 64-bit - same problem).  Firefox works fine!  I tried to do a restore, but crashes with a blue screen of death each time.  I have a Dell 430 quad-processor with 8 GB of ram.  Any suggestions that I have not already tried another that reformat and reinstall the OS?

    Hello

IE and Explorer are closely related, so things that affect one affect both.

Try these and it can also be a good idea to update your main drivers later. The General corruption can also play a
role in this issue. And even the TCP/IP stack might need to be refreshed.

What antivirus/antispyware/security products do you have on the machine? Be one you ALREADY had on this
machine, including those you have uninstalled (they leave leftovers behind which can cause strange problems).

If no joy there's something blocking perhaps.

Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - IE with no Addons - what works best?

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - tab click on restore, and then click Reset - apply / OK

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Security tab - click on reset all default areas - apply / OK

Close and restart IE or IE with no addons

    not better?

IE - tools - manage Addons (for sure disable SSV2 if it is there, it is no longer necessary but Java always install
"(and it causes problems - you never update Java to go back in and turn it off again)." Search for other possible problems.

Windows Defender - tools - software explore - look for problems with programs that do not look right. Permit

Could be that a BHO - BHOremover - free - standalone program, needs no installation, download and run - not all

  • Failed to get microsoft explore to open a TFP

I have a vista 64 bought in 2010 top of the table. My first question, I put in the TFP should be ( ftp) cannot get it implemented in microsoft Explorer help

    Hi Rita,.

    ·         What email are you using?

    ·         What is a web-based e-mail or you have an email client installed?

If no server or an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site is at your disposal, you can ask the sender to use a file compression utility, such as WinZip, to compress the file. This creates a file of archive compressed has a different file name extension.

If you need help to use the server or the FTP site, you can ask the sender for help, or you can contact the administrator of the server for more information.

In Solution Explorer, when just by clicking on a folder and choosing Properties / Security / Edit, you can add or remove groups or users of singel. Hi Roar4life88

    1. for how long have you been faced with this problem?

    Method 1:

You can perform a scan SFC and check. To Perform a Scan SFC -

    b. type the following command and press ENTER:
    sfc/scannow
A message appears indicating that "the system scan will start. Be patient because the scan can take some time.
    c. If all files require a SFC replace will replace them. You may be asked to insert your Win7 DVD for this process to continue.
    d. If everything is correct you should, after the scan, see the following message "resource protection Windows not found any breach of integrity".
    e. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.

Check the link below for further guidance on scan SFC - mentioned
