Microsoft Madness I don't download a new computer with windows 7

I have a disc that I called Microsoft motocross Madness I have. I tried to download it in my new computer which has Windows 7. Came a message that it could not access memory 3D.  I used the game when I had Windows ME and had no trouble with the game.  Could you please say. Thank you.

Hi Ynablah,

Motocross Madness 1 version is compatible with Windows 7. You can check using the link given below:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/compatibility/windows-7/en-us/Search.aspx?type=Software&s=Motorcross%20Madness%20I.

Method 1: Clean the disc

Clean the CD or the DVD. To do this, use a disc cleaning kit. Or gently wipe the silver side of the disc with a soft and Lint cotton cloth. Do not use cloth of paper which can scratch the plastic and leave streaks. When you clean the disc, wipe from the center of the disc outward. Do not use a circular motion. If the problem persists, clean the disc with a damp cloth or a commercial CD or DVD cleaning solution. Dry the disc thoroughly until you insert the disc in the drive.

Method 2: Install and then start the program by using a different CD or DVD drive

The CD drive may be unable to read the product CD. Try to install the program by using a different CD or DVD drive on the same computer or on another computer. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Insert the CD in the drive to CD or DVD to another computer or a second CD or DVD drive on the original computer. The installation program should start.

2. click on install Express.

3. follow the instructions to install the program.

If the installation is successful and you can start the game in this test, the problem may be that the original CD drive or the DVD drive cannot read the game CD.

Thank you, and in what concerns:
