Microsoft Office Outlook cannot sign or encrypt this message because you have no certificates which can be used to send from the e-mail address...

I have problems when I want to send an email, I go to 'Tools' and click on 'Send the page in an email' and the email will appear, but when I hit send, the message above appears and it will not send the entire page.

He told me to get a new digital ID to use with my account.  I have no idea of what a digital ID's or a 'certificate' to use with my email account.  Why do I need this all of a sudden?  I'm new to Vista, but have never seen it before.  He told me to use an account that I have certificates for?  So confused!

Thanks for any help!
