  If you are migrating bpel go separate domain and weblogic/managed servers, don't use integrated weblogic.

  Then I however, maybe it's because some weird windows update problems - so I went to check how many updates there. I check it the day prior to that, but all of a sudden there are 14 new updates that I had not installed yet (overnight 14 new updates!).

And then open command prompt with administrator, and then type this command "sfc/scannow" (do not type the quotation marks). SFC (System File Checker) can check your file system were healthy or not. Wait until after the analysis. Then, restart your computer. If these tips don't help, update your status question. :)
