• Migration of photo club dollar missing images

  I migrated from the dollar photo club and saw I have 111 pictures remaining for download. However, now all 111 of them disappeared in the number bar. When I tried to download some photos, Adobe obliged me to buy them.

  I already logged in and out of my Adobe account and deleted my cache of Google Chrome, but in vain.

  I can get my these as I have already paid for them under photo dollar club?

  There are currently 110 licenses available on your account.  1 image has allowed today.

  We have a problem where the number of licenses does not appear on stock.adobe.com but you will always be able to authorize the standard images using your credits.

  If you are asked to purchase an image, please could you provide the number of the image and the screenshot.

  We have migrated all accounts DPC used to Adobe. In the top bar, Adobe Stock keeps offering 10 free photos. If one of my employees or trainees bites on it, you'll triple my fee for the same number of downloads, and it looks like Adobe really cancel out by DPC transfer offer. Why it would be an incentive to a worse deal? Can it be deleted?

  However, if you are signed in with your Adobe ID and already have an associated Adobe Stock plan to your ID, you would not be able to register for this offer because it is for new customers who do not already have a Stock subscription.

  Since you already know the stock of Adobe is not available to the Brazil, but you can always transfer your unused Club Photo Dollar downloads and license of Adobe Stock resources with these downloads. Downloads not used, transferred to Adobe Stock will be valid for 1 year.

  I have spent countless hours searching and selecting image comps for possible review. These were carefully furnished according to Gallery of Dollarphotoclub, alias bright tables. Without FAQ information or alerts, I assumed that custom galleries would transfer on Adobe stock. I wish desperately galleries can be restored - my clients and I have invested a lot of time and effort. The loss is devastating. Help, please!

  No, it is not possible to migrate your galleries or your download history for Adobe Stock.

  After migration, the account of the CPD is closed and there is no option to restore, I'm afraid.

  If I buy 10 credits per month next year as part of the migration picture Dollar Club option, what will become of these credits from Adobe, I bought if I cancel my account?

  If I cancel my subscription, can I use unused licenses in my account?

  Lol you can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you lose all unused licenses during the cancellation of your membership.

  Can I use assets even after I have cancel my membership?

  Yes. Once you have a license of an asset, the license is permanent. You can use the asset you are buying regardless of your membership status.
