Misdiagnosis ora-03137 tool where to download files (*.log, *.trc)

Hi all

I had the error of one of the production database - ora-03137 ttc protocol error internal 12333

After reading the documents, I went to the support page to create a service request.

Asked me to use the utility - ORA-3137 troubleshooter for a quick solution.

In the second stage by selecting the type of files to download, I chose Alertlog (optional).

    However, for a free & buy account you cannot exceed a limit of 5 GB and 20 GB storage, respectively.

    The size of a file may not exceed 2 GB.
