  I have a strange problem with colors.

  I have a legacy project and I need to use specific color.

  I work on the illustration to the comps, and then import the layers according to the animation. Because want the text in special color, I get by typing the number of the color in the window text color.

  Then I'm in illustrator and I draw an object in the same color to add to the composition of text after. I chose the same color by type the same number of color to the window "pipette".

  But it looks like, they are different colors in after and Illustrator (I have attached a screenshot).

  I use adobe creative cloud every day on a mac. We are currently finishing off a re-brand of the company I work for and we have a new color scheme implemented, which also means PANTONE new colors were chosen.

  But for some reason, I can only find 2 of the 4 colors in my indesign and illustrator PANTONE color libraries. The rest do not seem to be available...

  I wonder if there is some sort of an update that I should do for my libraries of colors? and what is the best solution for these missing colors in my adobe design creative cloud account so I can start using them in the future.

  PANTONE provide all their colors as shades available for download on their site, more free libraries, some only in the context of their commercial software. Check out their site.   Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

  You can try the steps and check if you are able to see the background on the logon screen.
  a. Click Start, and then type gpedit.msc
  b. navigate to Computer Configuration and go to administrative templates and go to System.
  c. go to connection and set the "bottom always use custom logon" to activate.
  d. create a folder named C:\Windows\System32\oobe\info\backgrounds
  e. put the file you want, and then name it backgroundDefault.jpg
  f. check your other background for the dimensioning of the info files
