missing navigation bar arrows etc.

Hi - I have posted about this before - thanks a lot for all of you who responded. Unfortunately, nothing helps. ALT/VTM no help and Alt does not make the menu appear at the same time. Can not get get Firefox to run in safe mode to try the most radical to reset all the settings - I think because I can't get upper-left 'exit' to come. What do I get if restart after that I closed normally just Google!

Try this:

That should hopefully you running and allow you to reset it and get the items visible again.

The arrows are for sequences of browse. You enable them by adding sequences to RoboHelp (Tools > sequence editor to browse) and selecting the sequence in the SSL.

The drop-down list is for categories of content. Only if you create several categories in your WebHelp, you will see the drop-down list.

• Navigation bar seems to be missing from the tree view

Hello

In the view of component (classic), in the column of the shared components, there is a section called Navigation bar. This section seems to be missing in the new tree view (at least in the component column shared). Is located somewhere else in this point of view, or is this a bug of omission?

Thank you
Arie.

Hi Arie,

(1) is missing from the new Navigation bar tree

This is the intention, because the Navigation bar has really nothing to do with the page and it's the same for all pages is why we decided to not to show more in the new tree to reduce clutter on the screen.

(2) have you checked your "Navigation Bar Entry" model in your page template. It contains placeholders for the image?

• Horizontal navigation with arrows bar

I want to create a navigation bar horizontal with the arrows on each side, something like this:
< 1 2 3 4 5 6 >
where page numbers are links to different pages, and using the arrow keys or by clicking on a number, you can navigate through the site. Is there a simple way using xhtml & css to do this? Can someone point me to a web site that shows how to do this? Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty new to all this, but I think that you gave me the answer! What I really need to do is: on each page, a link arrow to the page, it should switch to other! Thanks for the inspiration.

• The Navigation bar is missing, where can I find it?

I looked for the navigation bar by clicking on the open space and try to find the buttons and had no luck. I checked 'see' think it might be there. When I right click the only options I have are the menu bar and bookmarks bar. I want to reload, stop and my back forward button. If you could help me please I would be very happy. Firefox has always been my favorite browser and I'm upset that I can't find my navigation bar. Thank you!

The Navigation bar is the toolbar, which shows the screenshot of the tab bar the bar (address) on this subject.

Firefox uses a combined Stop/Reload/Go button that is placed at the right end of the address bar.

• You get a stop button while page is loading which becomes a button recharge when the end of the loading of the page
• You get a button go if you change the contents of location bar
• Click the Reload button to duplicate the current tab in a new tab

There is now a big container that contains toolbar address and back and buttons forward, the combined Stop/Reload/Go button located at the right end of the address bar.

This got container is locked in position on the Navigation toolbar and cannot be moved.

This change has also to the fact that you can hide is more the Navigation bar, if you don't see this bar from the context menu of the toolbar area.

• Lost the back, front, refresh etc. buttons on the navigation bar. Everything on the fact help page and nothing works

I have the navigation bar checked, restore the default toolbar, reset firefox, restarted with Add ons disabled, restarted the computer, restart firefox and update my plugins. Firefox is also updated. Nothing works. Thank you for your help and care.

When you open the toolbar customization panel, the Stop/Reload point at the end of the address bar will be "magically" turn into buttons that can be dragged around. If you put them next to each other, they will be combined into a single button, but if you want them separate, I think you can, but a separation between them.

• Adjust the URL boxes & search on the Navigation bar for different widths and the wider area of URL provider.

Years my URL address in the Navigation bar has stretched far enough to allow most of the display URL. An icon and then reload, the box of search engines (Bing, dictionary, etc.) would be about one-third of the width the area URL. After that, the rest of the bar is used for House/bookmarks/history/etc
Now, without knowing when it emerged, the URL box is too narrow to see but a few letters of the URL that is registered and its menu drop-down is the same. I can find no way to expand it. Everything works fine, but I would like to have the views appearing as before. I kept all the most recent updates and version 20 now. I don't think that has happened because of the update - at least not immediately. As this happened, my Bookmarks Toolbar disappeared. I made sure that the bar has been verified and manually put all the bookmarks that I had. It's OK now. I thought that the way back that could replace the cursor to a point on the side of the boxes in the Navigation bar and get an arrow icon that would expand or restrict the boxes. I'm not sure about that, but I know that it doesn't work like that now. Any help would be certainly appreciated! Thank you.

I did not send photo since the default restore and put back old icons worked this time. I had tried with attention before, but the spinner was still missing then. Thank you for your help. CFB-

Navigation bar

The Navigation bar consists of:

• The bar where you enter the address of a web page
• The home button. This button loads your homepage
• The Refresh button. It reloads your current page
• The button 'X '. This button stops loading the current page
• The buttons next and previous. These buttons allow you to navigate back between your previously visited page

Ideally, you would not actually link the item in the menu on the page that you are
currently. It is one thing to usability and accessibility. If you do this, then
You can simply the style of elements not linked in the menu differently to highlight
This page.

That said, it is often not a practical solution if you use SSIs to load
the menu.

In this case, you can simply add the class to a DIV wrapper, or menu
itself:

etc.

OR, Alternatively, give each meny item it of own class and then work around
only a special class in the HEAD of each page style. That
said, I don't know how well it would work with DW models.

• Why control 'Reload current page' has been moved to the navigation bar 29 Firefox? I wish I could put it where I had it in Firefox 28.

After completing the download of Firefox 29 I tried to reorganize my buttons\controls to where I used to have them in Firefox 28 and earlier versions. I noticed, in particular, that the 'reload current page' control is no longer available to be located in front of the navigation bar where I got it for years. The reason why I chose Firefox was in the first place because I could customize to my liking. I know that you can just right click and "Recharge" tab or just get used to go all the way (right side) of the bar of navigation but that defeats the purpose entirely for me.

Here's an analogy; Ford decides that they will replace now current car models to the United States with British standard style vehicles. All cars sold by Ford will now be right steer. While this may seem like a "No biggy" to some, others, especially those of us who are prone to driving manual transmission vehicle, maybe a little resistant to this change. You do not know if I managed to make my point of view or not, but I hope that I did.

Initially I thought I would start by "is someone fell and hit their head?" or "did Steve Ballmer suddenly support Mozilla, especially the version of Firefox 29, because it feels like a Windows 8 (aka the aroma of a tank full of sewage on a hot day)?" It is understood that updates are needed and as a computer scientist, I was around for many odd where the folds just to settle. They occur. Perhaps some consideration will be Firefox 30 to those of us in States that are used for vehicles left direction.

I may be missing something here and fall on my sword if this is the case, but there is no indication that I've seen at the sight of Mozilla that the 'reload current page' control cannot be manipulated somehow update Firefox 29. The good side of things, I now have a good reason to go back and review some of the browsers that I cut back in the day when I decided to go with Firefox.

As far as I know, the Restorer of classic theme Add on is the only way to move the button reload outside the address bar.

1. Classic restaurateur theme installation and restart Firefox when prompted.
2. Open the modules (Ctrl + Shift + A Manager; Mac: Command + shift + A), then the Extensions category.
3. Beside the classical restaurant theme, click on the Options button.
4. On the main tab, make sure that 'Mobile back-forward button' and 'hide urlbars stop & reload buttons' is checked. You can also check "combine stop & reload buttons. Close the options window when finished.
5. Right-click on a zone empty of the tab bar and select Customize.
6. Do slide forward/backward buttons, Stop and reload on the navigation toolbar.
7. Click the Customize the output at the bottom right button when finished.

That being said, I must point out that you can reload pages in other ways.

• Make a right click No matter what tab and choose reload.
• Right click on a box empty page and choose reload.
• Press F5.
• Press Ctrl + R (Mac: command-R).
• Address box has disappeared from the Navigation bar

Don't know how or why, but the address box has simply disappeared from my PC of Win8 (x 64) with Firefox 27.0.1.

Any help appreciated or is - what a relocation?

Make sure that you run not Firefox mode full screen (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command + SHIFT + F).

If you are in full screen view then hover over with the mouse to the top of the screen to facilitate the bar appear Navigation and tab bar.
Click the expand (in the top right Navigation bar) to exit full screen or right-click on a space empty on a toolbar and select "exit full screen" or press the F11 key.

Make sure the toolbars like the toolbar 'Navigation' and the 'personal bar' are visible.

• Firefox menu button > Options
• View > toolbars (press F10 to display the hidden menu bar)
• Right click on empty toolbar space

Use the toolbar (Customize) to open the Customize and set the toolbar to display items.

• Make sure the "bookmarks toolbar items" are on the personal bar
• If "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the bookmarks toolbar, then FRY it in the palette of the toolbar in the window the bookmarks toolbar Customize
• If the missing elements are in the toolbar palette then drag them from the window, customize the toolbar
• If you do not see an item on a toolbar in the toolbar palette and then click the button "Restore default" to restore the default toolbar configuration

You can check the problems caused by a corrupt localstore.rdf file, if this did not help.
