  I'm selling my 2009 MacBook running the Mavericks.   My thought is that as long as the new buyer not my Apple ID password it would have no access to my account. All that would happen is that my ID Apple would be in use on the MacBook to the Mavericks only. What will happen if in the future I have cancelled my Apple ID and created another I still have an iPad? Is there a problem with the MacBook to the new owner (outside the known situation of not being able to update the operating system)? The new owner would be able to use his Apple ID with iTunes while Mavericks is related to my Apple ID - a MacBook using two Apple ID? Any other thoughts on what I anticipate?

  If all the icons on your desktop are missing or the office is completely empty, but you still have the Windows taskbar, firstly check simple things:

  Right-click on your desktop, choose view and make sure the option "Show Desktop icons" are checked/enabled:

  

  If all the icons on the desktop are missing AND the taskbar is also missing (everything you see if your background image or paper painted), start (Ctrl-Alt-Del) Task Manager and check under the processes tab to see if explorer.exe is running (it should be).

  If your user profile is corrupted and is unable to log on repeatedly, you can't challenge or recover - you must create a new Windows user account and copy most (not all) files from your profile corrupted for the new user account and then use this new account in the future.

  I have a PC running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.  For some time, when I would click on the button 'Start', this might appear a search box, shortcuts to my installed programs and a button that says "Shutdown".  To the right of the "Stop" button, there is an arrow right-district I could click other options such as "Restart" and "logout".  It could have been some other options, but I'm quite positive that two of my options were to "Restart" and "stop".
  Now, my only options are 'Disconnect', 'Switch user' and 'Lock '.  I have no option to "Turn off computer" or "restart".
  If I choose "Switch User", I get a screen showing icons for all configured users, and from this screen, I have the option "Restart" or "stop".
  I don't know what has caused this change.  If possible, I would like to go back to the old, when "restart" and "Stop" were options on the initial menu.  Can someone tell me if there is a setting I can change to make this happen.  (I am and have always bee administrator.)

  Those that have been deleted a few versions back. I think in CS6 when Adobe made some major update of the liquefy to make it faster.

  I'm a recent update of FrameMaker 9 FrameMaker 11. I use several notations with nonbreaking hyphens and nonbreaking spaces. In version 9, I was able to use the hexadecimal codes in the Find/Replace dialog box and search and replace these ratings. Now in version 11, it does not find these characters. I end up getting more I want.

  This text has a non-breaking hyphen and showing spaces are nonbreaking. When I entered the document these characters, I used the combination of keys "Esc hyphen:" for the hyphen and "Ctrl + space" for spaces.

  When I enter "(E\x15Vote\x10Sept.\x1012,\x102008)" and press the button Search, FrameMaker converts the text to "(E\+Vote\s#Sept.\s#12,\s#2008)" and refers to a "Not Found" statement. I get the error even if I copy the text and paste it into the Find/Replace dialog box. I tried with "Deal", "use wildcards" and whole-word checks both market. I can't find it.

  Honestly, I never noticed if verstion 9A made the conversion of \x15 to------+ and dialog of \x10 to \s#, in the search/replace because he always found what I was looking for.

  I hope someone can tell me how to solve this problem, because it is a feature I use all the time in FrameMaker. I use hyphens and nonbreaking spaces everywhere in my documents.

  I also reported this as a bug because that's what happens if feels like to me. I went out and updated my installation of FrameMaker, thinking that this may have been reported and already corrected.

  Take 2 table subsets (32.8) (40,24) can do two replacements in the original array (index of 64 and 32).  I find that it is usually two times faster than delete + rebuild (to research cleaner), which is two times faster than the IPES (slower and uglier by far). Your mileage may vary.  It's all the microseconds at this size of table.
