Missing red eye Correction tool of the sliders in 2.5

I just upgraded from 2.4 to 2.5, build some 605155.  The sliders are missing from the red eye Correction tool.

No idea where they went?

I think that the problem with your dogs of fixing red eyes, is that the eyes are not red.

In my experience of the area which will be set must have at least a bit of red in it.

  • What are the causes of automatic red-eye fix to 8 items do not work?

Difficulty of problems I have experience using the red eye:

With a single topic, sometimes the red-eye correction will set only one eye.

When there are 2 subjects, red-eye correction will work correctly on a subject, but not on the other.

In each case, I repeated the process and I am unable to get the desired results.

I used the auto red eye fix in all locations, that it is, as in the Enhanced and when I press F11 and it's just the quick fix feature.

I can't wait to hear a simple solution.

Unfortunately, the removal of red-eye PSE is not all that reliable.   I never invoke the automatic deletion, because in the past, he had a reputation for giving bad results, fix "red eyes" who were not.  Instead, I do two things in the full Editor:

    1. I use the red-eye tool to select a small box around each eye to be fixed.  Sometimes drawing a little more or a little more small rectangles made work a little better:

    http://help.Adobe.com/en_US/PhotoshopElements/8.0/win/using/WSae2ea3b149d0c3591ae939f10386 0b3d59 - 7edb_WIN.html

    2. If this does not work, I use the elliptical selection tool to select an oval around the red part of the eye and then use Enhance > adjust color > Hue/Saturation setting > red, greatly reducing the Saturation and lightness, as needed.  There are other more advanced recipes, but I find this one is simple and gives satisfactory results.

Because you must call the complete Editor, none of them are also fast based on removing auto red-eye.

If you make a box larger than the red area of the eye

be obscured. The tool detects red in the selection box
but has no way of knowing if it's in the eyes or elsewhere.

  • Red eye tool: up is down, down is in place, but left is left, right is right.

Anyone else notice this oddity? When you use the red eye reduction tool, if I drop it on someone's eyes and then use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move around, the effect moves upward when I press the key downwards and downwards when I press the up arrow key (exactly like the acts of harvest tool as you move the picture in a cache), but the left/right keys are not reversed. This seems a little strange to me. Everyone has noticed this? Is it possible to change it?

I don't know how you did it. Here, he always goes in the direction where the arrow move. both in LR2 and LR3.

  • Red eyes and with content aware healing

I had the chance to see the African children's choir in 2009 and today thought that put images through PES 10. Question 1 of 2: I'm not having any luck getting rid of red-eye. I Zoom in so that I'm hitting the but rather than get a correction, a black blob appears on their heads! My guess is that their large orange banner is confusing, but why is he going so far away where I'm clicking on? Question 2 of 2 is a problem using the Healing Brush tool. I Content Aware selected and tried to eliminate some micro. No matter what size I make the brush, the program is not reading anything correctly. I had problems with its use on the other picture as well. Sometimes there is something that I can't remove is not question, how many times I go to place. Power lines are a real nuisance when it is anything but a bit. In desperation (and when it is possible) I used him copy / paste to get rid of things like that, but to use it has its own set of problems. Help!

OK, the red eye removal tool does not on this image for me, either.  I think it's because the iris and the pupil are red, as well as the student also has a great strong covering time elevates everything.

There is nothing else to do than to zoom to 900-1200% and paint with black and white for repair by hand.  Vary the opacity (about 14%) and continue to go back with the colors:

    Added:

These black spots are not good.  Try this: re - define the preferences of the program by creating a shortcut on the desktop of the PES editor and then in now the CTRL + Alt + Shift keys at the start of this shortcut.  Answer 'Yes' to remove preferences.

  • My dose of red eyes turned green. How to fix it.

I was doing corrections red eyes in photos and color turned to green and made the region resembles the eye shadow. How can I get the correction of red-eye back to black color.

I can only imagine you use Windows Live Photo Gallery?

Actually, the color of the correction is green... it is what kills the red.

When you drag the box... try to include only the iris of the eye.
Zoom in close will make it easier.

Sometimes, there is little red around the eyes and it can be
affected by the correction of red-eye. Including only the iris in the box
    should correct the problem.

  • Red eye reduction will do it a look

I'm doing a red-eye reduction, and when I click on the left eye, it adjusts the right eye.
The I try again for the left eye, it puts a second circle around the right eye.
What I'm doing wrong, what adjustments are needed.
Also the circle of the fit is great, can it be made smaller, or is there only one size

    Thank you

    Greg

There may not be enough red for LR detect the other eye.  If he puts a second circle over the bad eye just do to the correct eye by dragging the cursor from the hand of the inside of the circle.  Also, you can resize the circle of red eyes by dragging when the hand is on the outline of the circle.

  • Removal of the dominant color and color correction to match the reference documents? the tutorial/guides/videos

I searched some tutorials showing how to use SpeedGrade. I'm now comfortable with the UI enough to use after seeing these: http://www.youtube.com/user/AdobeTV/videos?query=speedgrade

I am looking for tutorials that explain how to do a couple of things, first of all, I want to be able to remove color casts. In photoshop to do this you can use a curves layer and the use of the whole white point color chart and click somplace that is supposed to be white. and to the Prime Minister, you could do something similar with the color correcting fast. So basically that I'm looking for a way to target an area within a framework that should generally be grays, in the Anime, the eyes always be shades of gray, is as well as what I would target usually when you work with anime in photoshop first. If anyone knows a tutorial that shows how to do this type of color cast removal color correction in SpeedGrade could you please share a link.

Some of anime the older 80 and 90 on the film, the film has aged and that's where the color cast came. There is also a loss of color information in all areas. For example in the image below. Heaven is supposed to be blue instead of green teal/sea.

Another thing is back in the 80s and 90s many anime worked limited color palletes; something like maybe 16 colors in total, so many colors are used repeatedly. Thus, even with only a limited amount of reference material, I'd be able to get the corrections close. (I have no clips of reference for every single episode, only a handful of scenes from a handful of episodes).

I have a few reference documents showing approximately what should be the color. So, my next question is if anyone knows of any tutorials/guides/videos showing how to use SpeedGrade to color correct a clip so that the colors match the colors used in a reference element

I was also wondering on automatic correction based on an element of reference, although I'm guessing that this isn't always possible.

When I looked at the websiminar: http://seminars.adobeconnect.com/_a227210/p738pxm9zs0/ about 43 minutes into it, a feature is shown that automatically adjust the color with a clip that contains a colorchart.

I was wondering if a tool like that could analyze a start to clip at the end, to create a palette of colors used, and then compare that to the colors used in another clip and correct them. (a feature like this would be probably more useful/precise in anime that it would be long, but who knows.)

Another question related to the user interface:

I had a question, the only place where I see to access the colorwheels is in appearance, my video tab, I'm trying, just manages to adapt to 100% in the monitor.

So I prefer to hide or reduce the different looks (maybe even with a keyboard shortcut) so that I can access the color tools it covers, I've attached a picture of what I'm talking about. I know pressing 'P' cache at the bottom and thought that maybe it already is a way to hide/minimize/reduce the aspect presets to access the tools behind them without narrowing down the size of the preview screen.

    image host

It's a hard thing to do. SpeedGrade has an estimator of the matrix which aims to draw a camera shot in reference, but it only works if there is a graph of Macbeth in the framework - and you of course that.

Short of writing a custom plugin, you will have to do it by hand - if there is a true 'gray' in the framework then the pickers for the 3WCC/FCC in first allows you to get the right temperature, and black/white levels can be removed to the limit with their pickers (assuming that something on one of the frames is supposed actually to be black or white). Fix nonlinear cast where the RGB layers are each affected by different curves is a much more complex process, and not automatable in everything I know. However, once the white point Beach and brightness are attached, you can still make some visual adjustments of the balance on a range of colors with secondary correction tools in the 3WCC.

If you use the first and you want more help with these tools, please ask in the Premiere Pro forum.
