  Hello

  I am currently teaching Web design and usually use dreamweaver to create Web sites, I'm learning questions from the media at the moment to help with sensitive design because the sites I've done so far have all been fixed width layouts.

  Because the Tablet and versions of Office Web sites tend to not look too dissimilar, I thought to creating a simpler version "separate" for mobile in Adobe Muse.

  East - the correct procedure?

  Would this work?

  Or should I just continue to learn media queries in order to adapt the mobile versions of sites. I continue to use Elancers which is great but I have to learn how to create / and adapted existing sites.

  This is the script that worked for me:

  So I created a folder in the root folder and named it "phone". I created a site muse, but only the mobile phone, not the desktop computer. I downloaded the muse files directly in this folder.  I then put this piece of code inside the.

  I then put the absolute path where it says "mobile/mobilepage.html" if it was something like "http://mysite.com/phone/".

  Who did the trick!

  So here's my problem, it's certainly the associated software.

  I work in dreamweaver CS5 and puts everything in CSS. For some reason, design pushes all of my stuff for the far left crops and even on much of the left side of my site. Well, there is no error in my code that would cause this (that I can see). It works fine in the browser. But everything is pushed to the side (in Design view), and I can't see my left navigation to add items to it. of course, I can go in the code and do it, but it will take longer than I have time for. If anyone knows the solution to this problem?

  If you want to look at the current site go here http://www.imediafilms.com but, even once, it displays in the browser, so this isn't the problem. I checked the FAQ for a solution and found nothing.

  Can someone help me understand how to show the entire width of the mobile version of my site?  I broke everything to full width by using the blue lines, but overall the site is left justified.  I have reviewed the master page and everything seems to be in order.

  Most likely, you have an empty box or the text box that is off to the right in your design. Do a select on your Master Pages and pages to see if you have all the elements outside the right side of your design.

  The new version is a downgrade.

• Extend the width of the browser does not not on mobile devices

  Hi people,

  Stretch to the width of the browser for my filled rectangles (full color) will not work on mobile devices.

  The site works fine on desktop computers, but the tablets and phones not go

  The site is blacklisted

  Everything is full frame and works well on the desktop but the images are not full frame on mobile.

  Another site I designed to Combridge International is a company of Distribution Production Indie

  use the same rectangles full frame and they are working on mobile devices.

• MUSE of the hyperlinks does not - HELP!

  I'm working on a redesign of an existing site in Adobe Muse. I moved the images but not changed. My hyper links from page to page do not work. I canceled them and Redid the links and still no connection. Text - the same areas. Show links, they do nothing when you preview in the browser or any other method. A large part of this (text and images) has been used previously on the site and worked. Help!

  This isn't something, you'd in Muse, but which must be taken in charge on the Web server where you are hosting your Web site.

  You can talk to the host of your old site and ask to add redirects to the new site content to avoid landing broken/old pages.

• Muse in the browser version of site in a subfolder

  I work with a site that will be published in a subfolder of another site.  We are able to publish the site properly, but have not be able to use the editing in the browser.  The message we receive is below:

  

  The problem is that our FTP credentials are for the stnonline.com server, not show "stnonline.com Tod" as the error message.  When we released the site we have been able to specify the folder "Tod", but in the edition browser does not seem to offer the same options.

  Just found the problem.  For browser to edit the user name should simply be 'tsd' instead of '[email protected]'.

• Site of editions Muse at the BC account not associated with the license of Muse.

  The Agency I work with have sent me their Muse of a site folder and I made a few changes that need to load the last version on account of the customer on their account Business Catalyst site. Muse don't let me do that, said I can't access the url and must choose another and then downloads to my own account BC. I'd be able to download it on another account of BC, or isn't it possible?

  I did a test where I downloaded on my own account BC, then downloaded the entire site via ftp and then uploaded via ftp to another test site, everything worked well, but it is within my own Muse/BC account structure. Assuming that this process works with the account of the Agency (upload my BC deposit on his account via ftp), would there be problems with Muse and other updates in the fututre?

  Hello Grant,

  Muse publishes with the account that you are connected to the Muse with (by default). You can see the email address of 'Release with the account' in Edit-> preferences in Muse, and it is the email address that Muse will use to publish the website when you click on "publish". If you use the URL of the client while publishing the site of Muse, it will leave you only publish successfully if you are added to this site (where you make changes and editing), as user 'Admin' of the site.

  The best and easiest to have the changes published on behalf of the BC customer would be to send the file to the customer once you have finished making changes and to open the file in Muse and publish it. This will directly update changes to their site, and since they are already the admin of the site, there is no changes are necessary. Simple open and publish.

  Another option (and it would be very useful if you want to change on the site at the moment some time), would be to ask the customer if they can add you to the site as an administrator (with your email address). Then you would also be able to make changes to their site directly publishing to Muse. It is also necessary if you intend to their FTP site and to update th changes, because you will not be able to their site, FTP unless you added as an administrator.
