  Hello Nastena, try a clean reinstall, some Firefox issues can be resolved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you Remove Firefox program files and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  Note: You can print these steps or consult them in another browser.

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
  3. Remove the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
     • Windows:
       • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
       • C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla Firefox
     • Mac: Delete Firefox in the Applications folder.

  You're on a PC? If so, it is quite easy to find the folder. Just close Captivate, then find the icon that you use to open the Captivate. Right click and look at the properties. From there, you should see in the shortcut at the bottom tab on the left is a button allowing you to 'open file location '. Click on that, and Windows Explorer opens. From there, find the Utils folder. Open it and you have a CleanPreferencesWin file that you can run.

  I type in the web address browser area, I want to go to, and then press ENTER. Firefox browser does not attend the web address, it does not. I type www.wsj.com , then press 'enter' on the keyboard or the link of the cursor on the arrow and the Firefox browser does not go to this web address. He stays still.   I tried to reproduce, and I was able to use the YouTube Web site very much. It redirects to the mobile version, m.youtube.com, but this site loads very well and allows the same search as the site of office functions.

  the internet via Wi - Fi.  With the exception of the internet, all other functions of the computer are working very well.

  Open a command prompt and type "ipconfig/release" (without the quotes)

  Then type ipconfig/renew

  Try also ipconfig/flushdns and ipconfig/registerdns

  Are you using IE? Set the default values in Internet Options, Advanced tab (see below).

  Stop router and cable/DSL modem. Disconnect both the power supply for a few minutes. Reconnect devices to current alternative and energize.

  Download (and install) the latest driver for all video player is installed in this laptop specific.  The manufacturer - not Microsoft.

• HTML5 Preview in the browser does not not in Cp9

  I've been searching around the forum and couldn't find an answer. When I select HTML5 Preview for my standard project, it opens in my default browser, but I see is the animation of loading of rotation for a long period of time. I mean it's something to do with DNS or host Local, but I'm not knowledgeable enough in this area. Does anyone remember if they have encountered this problem before and that if they solve?

  Rob, do not mix the pages to create a distributed 1 & 2 for that to happen. You can start the document with a single page. You can place an image (#999999) to the left of the first page. Make sure that the framework is broad enough to cover this dead zone and it touches the first page.

  I extended the controller attempted to call a pl/sql package and tried to insert data into a custom table. I have attached the controller through customization at site level. and moved the .class file to $JAVA_TOP. The page shows no error. I added a field on a page and try to save the data in a custom field.

• ATT 8320 - launch the browser does not work

  8320 with v4.5.0.110

  I did have a problem with that on any other device, but I start the browser and close the app and it returns me to the Ribbon.  However, when I open the browser, the page I started to.

  On other devices, it opens the browser to the page.

  I have attached the device and this is what happens:

  I wasn't able to find 'Windows 7' forums, so I guess that's it.

  I just installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit on my laptop. As well as the screen of the laptop, I also use an LG Flatron 19 "screen. I set it up to "Extend the screens" with the LG being the primary display monitor. That's the way I want it, and it worked very well when I had (previously) 32-bit Windows 7 HP.

  Problem now is that, even if the two screens appear, I don't then drag all the windows in the front of the LG screen to the laptop (I could before). I can't move my cursor within the laptop computer screen either.

  Any help appreciated.

  Check all of the display orientation in your display settings. The default display 1 on the left and 2 right. No matter where the 2nd monitor is physically located the mouse cursor will go just out of screen 1 on screen 2 from the right side of the display 1 with this setting. Same thing to drag windows throughout. You can fix this in the display settings by dragging the graph to display 2 based on its actual physical location relative to display 1. If your secondary monitor is on the left of your primary, drag the chart to display 2 on the left side of the chart to display 1. Same procedure for above - under the guidelines. The mouse must then normally move backwards on both screens.

  Hello. I work with a PDF file with attachments. I created to open with the attachments Panel visible. It works fine except for in Chrome, it shows the PDF document in the browser, but the attachments Panel isn't visible. This is causing problems for the users of our site.

  What is the solution here. I work my COMPUTER service to update the .htaccess file to force all of the PDF files to download, but this seems to be a solution too complex.

  Why don't the attachments Panel present you in Chrome?

  I see very well for Panel fixing 2013_EPP_RFP.pdf.

  My guess is that your Chrome is configured to use the built-in PDF viewer of Chrome. Would you please try following the steps listed here and see if that solved the problem?
