  If you get the error message for the user name and password to start the internet connection I would contact the service provider whose account you are using to connect to the internet and check if you can connect properly.

• Better question: is it ok for a video in an email that is not closed on the Web site of the door?

We have a request for a video link in an e-mail message, the door but this video is available on our Web site with no door. I feel like if you can get it free online it should be free in the mail to keep consistency. The other point of view is that they probly does not notice that the video has not been closed online anyway so we have to try to get the additional information from them in e-mail.

  I would say that if I had to fill out a form to view our video and then later know I could have watched the video without having to fill out a form, I would be a little ticked off. My advice would be to have the same process, regardless of how the Viewer found the video.

I clicked on view in the Menu bar and click zoom out and a range of links appear at the top of the page, including the one I was looking for.
