  I'm stuck with very critical issue, where in I am not able to start the IOM and soa from the weblogic administration console servers. Attach screenshots. Can someone help me to find the problem and fix it. I want to start this servers to the configuration of the Identity Manager Oracle (from the configuration wizard).

  Let me know if I need to check all logs and submit them.

  The order should be as follows:

  We installed successfully Essbase 11.1.1.3.
  
  We are logging in Essbase Administration Console (CAS) Services using a Web browser, e.g. Internet Explorer. Select the language and I am able to connect successfully, however, I am not able to see something when I expand Essbase server.
  
  I checked my Java version by going to start-> settings-> Control Panel-> Java. On the Java tab, confirm the run settings and it's Java JRE 1.6.0_22
  
  
  I am able to see all of my applications and databases, when I went into the server of the EAS and connected by going to start-all programs - EPM System - Essbase-console Administartion to start services.
  
  Someone can kindly let me know what is the problem, why I am not able to see anything when I connect to the console using a Web browser.

  You have 1.6, install 1.5, 1.6 to disable, enable 1.5 and try again.

  I updated the .usr files in the datasync, folder userproperties and compiled correctly in my local workstation, I can see the properties updated successfully.
  
  But when I move the ear compiled, I see the update properties in usr, but it does not update properties in the portal administration console. Is there a way that the old .usr file is cached on the server. How to clean the cahce in the server. Thanks for your help in advance...

  You want your server is in production, it does not apply the changes to the datasync file. You can easily update this by removing the Datasync records in the portal database before you deploy the new ear containing the changes to the .usr files.

  Here's the SQL code I run whenever I need to update the properties of the user:

  Once you run the SQL code above, deploy the new ear and your new properties will now appear in the portal administration tool. Propagation is not worth to update the properties of the user as it is SLOWER than MOLASSES.

  You must not second mouse you just need to change your display mode to extend (a quick google will be answered on your operating system) and regarding audio, it will display the sound to a headset or speakers, but if you have connected, it will display the sound to the main display (the one with the bar downstairs with things like your apps) (a quick google this will help you to discover that one is)

  Whenever you delete a user account, you will be prompted to "Delete" or "Keep files" and continue with the deletion of the user account.
   
  If you choose "Keep files" when the user account is deleted, by default, the files and the data user is in \Users folder, where is the location where windows is installed for example C:\.
   
  For example, if you deleted the user account 'Test', then the details will be available here C:\Users\Test.
  We recommend that you place in the users directory and check if there is no file.
   
  NOTE: If you choose the option to save files i.e. "keep files" then delete the user account, nothing much can be done to recover the files.
