  I have a request where an account is needed to keep a "running total".  I don't think that balancing time will work.  Requirement is the account would be just more each month, then Jan of second year is equivalent to decrease on the first year and so on...  DTS handles this?  Not quite sure DTS continues to run tally forever...

  DTS only works during the year.  Create an account that will take its previous value and add the month.  For January, you will need to look back at previous December.  You probably need a stored value, otherwise, it will recalculate the history whenever it is used.

  While trying to do tests, I was generating events through the OnPlus portal.  However, during the last week, when I select a monitor and try a series of tests, it will fail with a message "test the monitor was unable to run.  Any test I try or what device I have run the test, including the device ON100 himself, he does not always succeed.  I tried to reboot the device ON100 and nothing I do seems to fix.

  Shawn, if you get a chance, please check that 843 and 12330 ports TCP ports are available for your web browser to start outbound connections on the portal. We are not able to recreate the original problem so far, but the problem may exist with the specific browser and operating system combination you use, because there is a bit of js and flash at stake here. Let know us what operating system/browser (and version) and we will test with it. Thank you!

  I have a new 23 "LG monitor (23EN43T). Software to manage LG displays on the screen is called double Smart Solution, which works very well except with Firefox! Firefox screen goes immediately to more than 100% of the space on the screen. I can't even leave Firefox without using Ctrl + Alt + Delete. Then, I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but it does not solve the problem.

   To get around this problem I have to use Internet Explorer.
  

  Firefox may be restoring the last used window dimensions based on a non-plus-relevant monitor configuration. You can try to delete a settings file and see if Firefox detects better your installation at the next reboot.

  With Firefox closed, open your current folder of the (AKA Firefox profile) on Firefox settings. Paste this in the search box on the start menu or in the address bar of Windows Explorer:

  If you find more than one folder, open the one that has been recently updated.

  Rename localstore.rdf to something like localstore.old (in case you want to recover it later)

  Restart Firefox. It is positioned more logically?

  In addition, you should be able to leave "blind" Firefox using these key combinations:

  • ALT + F4 (General combination 'close this window' on Windows)
  • ALT + F, then X (hotkey for File > Exit)

• How can I run totally sperate VI of a compiled application

  Hi, I have hit a wall here and don't know what direction I should be moving in.  A relevant detail, LV8.2 running and Vista/XP application builder.  Any suggestions on the approach I should take would be more useful.

  I have a top-level application (compiled into the application Builder) from there I want to run other VI which are found elsewhere in my file system of the local network.  If the top-level application gives the user a standard interface, where they can then run the other VI which are specific tasks (but this detail is not serious for the user).

  Over time I will add more task-oriented of the vi system and I want to avoid having to be part of these vi of the high-level application-oriented tasks as the maintenance will be more painful.  The opportunity to correct or add a new individual task oriented VI without having to recompile the entire application of high level is the goal.

  On top of that I need to move some info to the VI-oriented task and get some information back from it.

  Some points that I can't get my head at this point are-

  1. the task oriented VI - I need to compile these with the application builder or can I call a VI not compiled and run in the top-level application (I do not)?

  2. How do I call the VI of the top-level application-oriented task - I looked 'Reference VI open' and "Open Application references" and don't know how they apply to this situation.

  Any thoughts would be appreciated, if not, I'm stuck with a lot of trial and error time consuming to understand this.

  had to download a trial from LV to look at your work (always on LV8.2 ).  I can see how it's done.  Very well.  It is along a line, I thought, but there are obviously some details that would have taken some time to get on top of.  Thank you very much for tire him to point me in the right direction, I'm going to use this approach.

• HP 2159 m monitor - problem is 'running ants' vertical lines about 1 mm interval during the video display.

  At the following problem troubleshooting steps:

  (1) monitor confirmed cable is properly attached to the monitor and CPU.

  (2) monitor reset to the default settings in the monitor menu.

  (3) installed the latest driver - HP 2159 m 2.0

  (4) installed the latest driver NVIDIA graphics - 285.62

  Described as "mobile dash", as vertical lines appear to be 1 pixel wide, several pixels long, black, separated by spaces of many pixels and move vertically (up/down) direction.  Lines are separated by 1 or 2 mm.  On rare occasions, the lines are horizontal rather than vertical.

  I see this effect during video playback.  Mobile dots are more pronounced with mid - grey tones.

  Rarely see a few stray clusters of white pixels on screen in any of the video areas.

  Would appreciate any suggestions to solve.

  This problem has been successfully resolved by HP nearly 12 months ago.  There is nothing wrong with my monitor is.

  It's a graphics card from Nvidia to the wrong address.  I was satisfiled with my HP and support products.

• Monitoring of VPN traffic

  If a user connects using the AnyConnect client, and then connects via RDP to an internal Windows machine, I'd be able to see all traffic via syslog from the RDP session?  I can see the client login, auth, DHCP, then the port 3389 in order to connect to the internal area of Windows, but only once the connection on port 3389 traffic (and subsequent termination of the VPN session at the request of the user).  It seems that there is a kind of traffic through the ASA to the VPN client, at least at the level of the presentation layer.  Asked me to look at this to determine if a person was actually connected and work or if they have just connected to make it look like they were doing their job.

  Also, in the same sense - is there a difference shown when a session ends for max of the session and a user actually disconnection?  The reason why I ask this question is the above user has been connected for exactly 12 hours, which is the Max connection time (720 minutes), but the newspaper it says was by the request of the user.  My guess is that it was a max session timeout but I have to be positive about that.

  If the RDP user in a device, the activity that takes place during the RDP session would be from this device to other applications. When you're talking about syslog, I guess you see syslog messages when the RDP box creates an outgoing link or other subnet that goes through the ASA and ASA sends syslog messages?

  If you want to see activity in the RDP session, you need check the outbound RDP host connection, and for the SAA trigger and send syslog, traffic from the host RDP must pass through the ASA.

  Example:

  Connect to it via RDP 192.168.1.5 and AnyConnect.

  If you want to check the activities, you will need to check if 192.168.1.5 launches all connections.

  In regards to the max session disconnects, can you please share the syslog message which specifies that.

  This is the same review - but you take. If you were not able to succeed today, it would be wise to spend two weeks studying the areas where you missed questions.  That said, the resumption of 14 days apply irrespective of the method allows you to pass the exam in order to have right now anyway.

  As you post CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements for your data, I will illustrate using the table scott.emp, which is probably on your system.

  The subquery is necessary because the analytic functions are calculated after the WHERE clause has been applied.  If we want to use the results of an analytic function in a WHERE clause, you must calculate the function in a subquery (as got_running_total, above).

  Please I just discovered the ADF table subtotal and total function in oracle Docs, but it does not specify the steps on how to do this...
