Monthly, annual pay
Hi, I am new to Adobe, last month I bought pay annual, monthly and paid with paypal credit. But this month, the transaction went straight to my Bank. So I canceled it today, but did not read the terms of the plan and it says I have to pay the sum of money or 50% of something, I did not read enough fast like my click. -what can anyone tell me what the charge will be and how much or how long and provide more information as much as possible please. Thank you.

I tried to disable the automatic annual renewal, I pay for a value of two years of service, and I've only used Adobe a month for school. Adobe said that they sent me an email to let me know that they are planning to charge my card for my only a year contract, which I did not agree. I guess that your email has been sent to my Junk Inbox. This is BS, I can't disable automatic annual pay. I thought that Adobe tech, but this low tech billing. Your pick up and solve this problem.

How to view the monthly/annual statistics in terms of time past/calories burned, broken down by each individual activity such as run elliptical/outside etc. Y at - it a third party application that can help me to collect and display these data?

It is not currently possible to review the data the application integrated in activity or training on this basis. If you want Apple to consider adding this feature, you can suggest here:

However, health and fitness data from other sources, iPhone, and Apple Watch are registered and grouped within the health on iPhone app. These data can be exported, which you may find useful to track the cumulative progress and/or analyze your activity more in detail.
IPhone app activity also has a button for sharing (top right of the screen) that allows to share data - including social media, Messages, Mail, Notes, and a printer.
Include third-party applications that can be useful, for example:
Access to QS

Switching to annual pay per month
Hi - I hope someone can help me. I have to cancel my prepaid annual subscription and move to a pay per month plan, but there is no option to do so. I followed the instructions in the adobe online help and "switch plan" and "cancel the plan" links are simply not there. Please help as I feel rather frustrated hard, apparently, to complete what should be a simple process.

I am currently considering on buying a subscription for one year for the 2015 CC, but I ve heard it is extremely difficult to cancle your membership and that many people had to pay taxes etc. they´ve canceld because too early.
So my question is: When should I terminate my subscription to avoid charges of cancellation earlier than or worse still, the subscription auto - renews. And also, how do I cancel my subscription?

In the 12 months of your membership, you will be eligible for cancellation without any early termination fees.
and if you don't want it to be renewed for next year, you will need to contact before your next billing date (renewal date)
