Monthly bill by e-mail
Hi, we have an Adobe CC subscription billed monthly. Each month our accountant needs a copy of the invoice. Is there an easier way to get her rather than to connect on the CC website, find the page count +++ and then download the pdf? Ideally I would have e-mailed me automatically. I ask the forum as Adobe support couldn't really help me and unless I missed something, I think that Adobe should create this service.

How can I activate get bills in the mail?
Since I was on the CC from Adobe (October 2015), I was never make the Bills to my email address. I know that my colleagues receive the invoice by mail every month, but I did not. I contacted the support and the first they said they would not send emails, but once I told my co-workers receive the invoice by e-mail told me they would send the Bill to my address of account (which is already strange because they changed their mind inside a minute) , but I checked the settings of my domain, I checked my firewall, etc and I have not found anything. I was told I could not activate get bills in the mail, but there must be a way because other people get their bills, too.

Adobe will not be able to send you invoices for reasons of security and confidentiality.
You will need to print them out from your adobe account.

Why is it so hard to get a monthly bill?
Adobe support staff says it is easy to get your monthly bills of Adobe Creative cloud on their site (they refuse to send them a mail) 11 steps is easy?
1. connect to adobe.com
2. has chosen to 'manage '.
3. CONNECT AGAIN?
4 understand where is Bill, 'Plans & Products' or 'account '.
5. choose «Plans & products»
6. then choose 'manage plan '.
7 billing history appears on the right, choose the icon 'print' on months required.
8. choose 'Print' once again, but it does not print. It downloads to your computer.

We plan to add 1 CC license to our licensed account. Firstly how much it will add to our monthly bill? Second if I want to understand I have license is good for 2 operators. This 2 average people can work both by license, regardless of the places there?

You can connect to (http://www.adobe.com) with the Adobe ID (email) to the main admin and click on "" manage a team"" and will take you to the administration console CC Team. There, click on "'Add license'" and on the next page, select the desired product license and the number of licenses and it will show the price of the license.
You can install and activate CC products on 2 computers with 1 Adobe ID (email), but can use only 1 computer at some point of time (not both at the same time).

Looking for an explanation behind the monthly billing.
I'm looking for an explanation as to why Adobe decided to make their programs require billing monthly one-time vs.
I'm using CS5 as soon as now (I used it since it was released) and am happy with it - that is, until I got a new MacBook which has the Retina display, which results in image quality and fuzzy interface when editing. (Same applies to Microsoft Office)
Then... I went to buy the new Photoshop Illustrator, etc., to see that they only let you use it through monthly billing. Why? I'd rather 'clean' my own copy of Adobe to have programs to pay every month as World of Warcraft and other games online.

In regards to why... There was a HUGE amount of discussion 2 + years when the switch attempted to Cloud perpetual license
