When I started my membership CC (AD003265866UK order number) I did the a monthly payment plan, so I paid £45,73. Then the same day, I changed my mind and paid a sum of £548,78. I made the change on the account page Adobe ID, which says that I would be reimbursed amount initial £ 45,73.
I then to renounce this project through customer service. I was refunded the £548,78, but the £45,73 never came.
I contacted the three times customer service in this regard and that they are not very useful. More recently, I was told that I had to contact "my PayPal". There is no refund pending on my PayPal account. Each representative customer support seems to ignore the fact that I received an email from Adobe telling me my billing had failed and that I should update my payment information. There is no updates or changes you can make to your payment details if you paid by PayPal, every time I tried this, nothing happened.
I received an email with the credit note, but never money, and I see on the historic stretch of billing in terms of my account page, the credit which had been there since disappeared.
I'm trying to get a help here because I spent a lot of time to hear the evidence of online chat customer support. It seems that there are some problems with issuance of refunds through PayPal. Can someone from Adobe help me?

How do you take a deposit which is different from that of the monthly payments?
I have a client who is in British Colombia and moved to Infusionsoft.
At that time there BC might not take a deposit which was different from that of the monthly payments.
Whenever they would have to manually set up the payments. They do not want to manually set up the payments.
Is it possible to automatically install these progress payments in British Colombia now?

When I signed up for CC (Photoshop and Lightroom) I only had the option of monthly payments ($9.99). I'd rather do this as an annual payment. What is an option? How can I do this?
