  CS6 is platform specific. Cannot use the serial number of your Mac CS6 for CS6 on Windows license.

  To run CS6 on Windows at home, you will need to purchase a new license for CS6 for Windows or Exchange your CS6 Mac serial number for a serial number of Windows (which I think is not an option since you have CS6 Mac at work).
