  A12E5 is a download error. Please follow the steps:

  Windows:

  Access the Files(X86) C/Program Files/Adobe/OOBE /Common and rename it to OOBE.old.

  Task Manager open, go to process and close all Adobe services running (Acrotray, AAMUpdate Notifier) http://www.howtogeek.com/66622/stupid-geek-tricks-6-ways-to-open-windows-task-manager/ .

  Download CC Office and try to install again: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud .

  If the problem persists what run selective startup and try to install the CC Office: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows-vista/run-selective-startup-using-system-config print .

  Mac:

  Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old.

  Go to Applications/Utilities and trash Application Manager and creative cloud desktop folder.

  Download and install CC Office again. If the problem still persists, then restart the Mac start-up and try reinstalling: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.html .

  I have an Apex interactive report that has two columns of hyperlink. which, once clicked on in the application opens another application. Which works very well.
  
  However, when we try to download this report in any format like csv etc using the download option in interactive reports, it shows any hyperlink in the CSV instead of the value of the column. Any suggestions on how to fix this? These columns are of type "Type of report Standard" However, I did not use the report binding attributes. I used directly in sql, hyerplink in the select report

  I don't think you can, I had the same problems with the sorting of the column. I did add another column with just the value and no link.

• Problem with download of the Elements 9

  I bought a wacom tablet last year and Elements 9 was one of the four software titles that accompanies it.  He no download link has been associated with it, I guess because that worm. 9 was later in time.  Well, I'll move to install but with "Wonderful Adobe" providing only the latest version of anything, I had to track down their url version history and download version 9.  However... it was just an update, not the software.

  Then... I have download to 10 test thinking that maybe my LEGAL COPY PURCHASED and key would work, just default to version 9... but no luck.  Can someone tell me where to find the Elements 9? I really want to avoid a pirated copy but the support structure and resources of the Adobe brand more and more people want to push their middle finger in the fourth point of contacts for each employee... yeeeees, even those who get paid to answer phone to support tech and read lines invites her computer which pretty much says...   Hello.  I am new to this forum and green the PS as a whole, so please forgive me for lack of the lingo/knowledge.  My problem: when I try to load some actions that I just bought, I get an error message indicating that my file is not compatible with the version of Photoshop I have.

  Here's a little history: first of all, I use CS4 extended with Windows Vista. After that the purchase value of the action, I have received the download instructions and downloaded the file without any problems.  The problem is when I try to transfer those files in PS I tried to do 3-way: 1) by double-clicking the file .atn; (2) try to drag and drop the file into the open part of the PS and finally by clicking the small triangle on the Panel actions to bring up the menu actions, click "Load Actions", by selecting the atn. file in the window that appears, and then clicking the button load.  No luck with one of these attempts and it all ends with the same thing, the above error message.  Now, I can tell you that just before sending this particular action defined and receiving the error msg, as even after that, I downloaded successfully certain actions simply by using the double click on the file method.  For some reason, I'm having trouble with this particular set.  Can anyone offer any solution?  I hope I didn't just throw $ wasted since the photographer will not reimburse.

  What version did you state sales actions were for the page? Since the stuff gets moved around between versions, just perhaps not compatible... Many older action games will work of course, but it can be a strange one that isn't...

• Problem with trial version

  I had a problem trying to open the trial version of Fireworks CS3. Here is the message I received:

I expect to buy fireworks at the end of the trial, given that the budget will be available at this time there, but not now, and I have never seen this problem before.
  
  Again, there is another problem that seems to appear around June 2007, where few people had but never had any answer to the problem. I hope I have more success!

  just to tell you that I have contact customer support but without success since I was dealing with the trial and they do not provide support for the trial version. They told me that I have to buy the product and I'll have 30 days to fix the problem (where they can help me as soon as I buy the product) otherwise they can give the money back within 30 days.

  It is not so expensive but $300 is always something that I'd spent with confidence. Fortunately - for Adobe - I know very well this product (fireworks) since version a lot and I'm already comfortable with the product. I'm a little disappointed by the process of their tech support (I never call tech support before) and wonder if I have to put that in my decision to purchase or not for our company!

  One thing that makes me laugh a little, it was than "charm" Lady on the phone suggested to post my question on the online Forum to get help from the community! I think it will be a vicious circle for this question but I will push a bit more where I can find something to fix the problem (and especially to understand what is the problem in the case of "next time").

• Major problems with all versions of Skype 6. Need help

  So I do experience wih prolems any version of Skype 6.

  Now, I'm fine with that, as I have means that some the Skype service works.
  What I am not satisfied, is that Skype does not load.

  An older model netbook (Acer Ferrari One 200 to be am.), running on the same OS, it came with 4 years earlier and used by my moher to do computer mundane things like banking online and facebook.
  It has seen better days... but everything worked. And since it uses the PC for skyping with family, she needs.
  Now, it was an urgent need for an update so I have obscured the disc and slammed into Win7 Professional x 64 and updated until today. Everything went well, until I loaded Skype.
  
  Skype loads its window, but it has a white screen and when I hover above the mouse keeps flickering from the top down and with the loading circle.
  I thought I'd take just the time of loading, but after 2 hours of doing nothing, I deleted and tried using older versions, with no luck.
  
  What bothers me because I never had this problem before and nothing doesn't fix...

  I went to uninstall Internet Explorer 11 of the option "Turn on / off Windows features.
  The second PC started after the RS, Skype loaded correctly.
  This means that Skype needs files are only some of the updates surrounding and not IE itself.
  From this perspective, that would mean that these updates should be part of the updates required for Windows 7 and not optional according to it if we have IE installed or not, or at least now that Skype is owned by Microsoft that these updates should be added if Skype is present, if Internet Explorer is present.
  If here belong to other programs like Skype that are Microsot who require these updates to work, they should be added to the update list if this specific program is present on a Windows 7 system.
