SD disk hard drive eject so that "standby mode"

Installed in El Capitan ago 4 nights on the retina of MacBook Pro 13 "(fin 2013, i7 à 2,8 GHz, 16 Go de RAM)."  Media is "permanantly" installed to built in (mini-convoyeur Nifty, Micro SD 128 GB) SD card reader.  Since El Capitan, he hurt 'eject' while the computer is in "sleep".   Every morning when waking up the computer, he had the "Bad ejected" error message (one morning, he had 7 of them have piled up).  Before the upgrade, it never happened in almost 2 years.  This SD reader is where I keep my iTunes and libraries of Photos, so I need it to not disconnect.  Any ideas?

I had this same problem since upgrading to El Capitan.  I did a report system (Apple menu > about this Mac > System Report) and found that when I first start the SD card reader is visible on the USB tab, but after waking up, it is more visible. I thing this indicates a problem with the USB bus it's on.  I have an external drive that is connected to the same bus that does not meet the problem, so it is unique to the SD card reader.

  • I can't get my hard drive to recognize that I have a CD in the tray

I can't get my hard drive to recognize that I have a CD in the tray.  I can only open and view those that I already copied. Why?

There are a number of possibilities here.

    1. assuming you have tried several different blank CD (if you are fairly confident that the problem is not the media), it is possible that the laser "burning" the recordable CD is dead. Because this isn't the same laser that reads the CD, you can always read but not write.  If this is the case, the only solution is to buy a new CD player (not expensive).

    2. your CD drive (E :) shows when you click on my computer?  I think it does, or you did that you can open and view copies of files, you have already copied to other CD.

    3. open Device Manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc > OK)

    • Expand the category of CD-ROM/DVD-ROM readers by clicking on the + sign to the left
    • Y at - it a warning next to the entrance icon?
    • Double-click the entry for your CD player
    1. That said under the "device status".
    2. What would you say (at the bottom) under "use of the device.
    • Close the Properties window and Device Manager

  • Satellite P850 - is the speed of the STRANGE Bay as soon as disk HARD drive Bay?

    I have a Toshiba Satellite P850 - 31L

I use a "shopping cart" to install a second disk storage in the Bay of my perspective. I have an SSD and a HARD drive and I wonder who I should install in which Bay.

Are the speeds of the same berries?

    There are problems of temperature?

Any suggestions which drive should go in which Bay?

    Thank you

    Scott

At first, I have to say that it will be very interesting to know where you found this caddy and what part number there. Maybe you could post the link. I assume that you have purchased a non-Toshiba part.
    Am I right about that?

In my view, this question is not whether important because SSD is much faster in general. I assume you need disc to store data, so in my opinion, you should install SSD instead of HARD drive for faster and faster start-up for laptop computer in general. S computer portable HARD drive, you must use as the second expansion pack.

    Hey rcfball66

You can always buy a gateway vista recovery disk to reinstall vista back to the factory with the new drive settings

They provide at a nominal cost

manufacturers of hard drive normally supplies free software to their Web sites for the movement of the operating systems of the old hard drive to the new hard disk cloning you buy home

You can also use programs third 3rd to do this, or upgrade Vista Home Basic vista full for pc full upward

but you can normally buy 3rd party programs

read below information about such a program

  • Should I initialize a New (New to this computer, but it's a backup with the DATA disk) HARD drive?

I have an internal backup drive that I used for a computer that crashed.   Hard drive that had the operating system gone wrong. I'm sure that the backup drive (no operating system, only the Acronis backup data) is ok.  I took, put it in a box of hard drive and plugged on my other computer to get all the data out of it. It is recognized in but device manager not MY computer.   Information have read so far wants choose me to go to right click on my computer, Manage, and chose the disk management.  Then he wants me to initialize the disk. The information said once the disk initialized, I should be able to access all data on the disk.  I do? I don't want to erase all data on the disk. I prefer to take it to a PRO for $100 if there is even a small chance I could damage or erase the data on the disc. Please notify.

Do not initialize the disk.  That would erase all data.  It is possible that the hard disk enclosure does not work right, causing Vista to see the player correctly as not initialized.

Did you create Acronis Secure Zone on the drive for backups?  If so, you will need to use the same program from Acronis to access. It would be interesting to boot from the Acronis recovery disc and see if it can read backups. Boulder computer Maven

  • If I have "Everyone" grant access to an external hard drive, which means that everyone connected to my network?

I finally understood how to allow those that are related to my network to access my external hard drive, or so I think...

If I have "Everyone" add to my safety for the external hard drive and I concede that "Everyone" control total, this means that these signed to my correct home network?

I want to just make sure that the people not connected to my network (which is password protected) cannot access the hard disk.

Thank you in advanced for your answer!

Not everyone wants to say exactly that any connection to the drive can access. To restrict access, you must set the account in some way. In a workgroup, there is no definition of the global account for all accounts have access or each user must be explicitly included.

Even all the computers in a home group have an additional account generated to allow cross access.

    Hello

You don't need to try the method I suggested - just create a bootable disc or flash drive as described, to download and see if you correctly install a recovery partition.

  • Copy disk HARD drive in Ultrabay speed

Anyone know why the process of copying files from the primary HARD disk to HDD Ultrabay takes almost 10 (ten) times as long as the copy from the HARD primary to a HDD external USB disk.

I'm trying to copy a system image (Ghost) of 8 GB which takes only 20 minutes outside but 2 or 3 hours for ultrabay.

I'm running a R61 and you just add a HARD drive to the Ultrabay removing the DVD burner.

    Thanks for a response.

    Fred F.

I made the correction manually through the registry editor.

    Just drilling down for

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {4D36E96A-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

Find the subkey for the ide primary chanel (in my case it is 0003)

    and delete the MasterIdDataChecksum entry.

Reboot will restore this line correctly and all is well.

Reset in PIO Device Manager to UDMA does not correct the above and the next boot back to PIO.
