  If you open the TEMPRO tool, you can check if all new updates are installed, or even some updates are missing.

  But, generally speaking if everything is working correctly and you don t have problems, you should not install these updates.
  Never touch a running system! ;)

  yesterday, I admitted Tempro download several updates on my satellite L350D - 11K.
  During the last update, it was an update of the firmware, the system crashed, and it no longer starts.

  You're talking about the firmware update
  Maybe it was a BIOS update which failed and so the laptop will not start again
  As already said in this case that only the ASP technician could help you.
