• Satellite L350D - 11K: black screen after downloading the Tempro updates

  Hi Forum,

  yesterday, I admitted Tempro download several updates on my satellite L350D - 11K.
  During the last update, it was an update of the firmware, the system crashed, and it no longer starts.

  After removing the battery, the system starts up, but now it has a black screen and I don't know what to do.
  Pressing any key F doesn't show any results and I have no recovery CD.

  You're talking about the firmware update
  Maybe it was a BIOS update which failed and so the laptop will not start again
  As already said in this case that only the ASP technician could help you.

  If you are doing a new installation of 51u1/5.1, the DB that is installed is 2k8R2 express... However, on the update from versions 4.x 2 k 5 db is preserved.

  I managed to solve the problem with the audio: it was caused by an incorrect realtek driver installatiion, for some reason any 'Realtek Audio Manager' was not loaded when you start and that's why the system doesn't detect the status of the audio input jack.

  Always have the question of the automatic recognition of the driver, but at least I have a tablet of new work!
