  There are a bunch of these (Motorola Widgets as opposed to downloaded Widgets) that come with the phone, where can we get more?

  Where using the default UI House, when you tap on a long press on the screen or press menu > add you will see three sets of widgets.

  The Motorola Widgets are widgets included with MOTOBLUR, and there is no way to install more that already exist. They could be added as a patch, but there is no way to install them yourself.

  Family room Widgets are widgets for the purposes of the family room which is pre-installed on the phone. Same situation applies for BLUR widgets.

  The Android Widgets are gadgets that came with the phone or the widgets that you have installed from Android Market. You can add them as you will you please, but you cannot remove those who are on the phone by default.

  Brian or someone from Dell, can you please tell me if the executable in today (24/01/2014) power settings update 1.0 A01 (for model 5130), is supposed to launch a command window that closes almost immediately after its opening... that means it successfully installed? Before installing, I already did the regedit changes but wanted to install it anyway, just in case it included other changes.

  I expected at least a message box to reset or restart, so my impression was that the latter had failed, but not sure.

  1. Double-click the new icon on the desktop labelled SelSuspDisable_ZPE.exe
  2. The Self-Extracting window appears and prompts you to extract or unzip to C:\DELL\DRIVERS\2N173.

  I understand that you have done an upgrade of BIOS, but it did not take well to your HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab522tx. You said that your laptop is now slow and games and movies are stuttering.

  A lot of laptops HP have a HP BIOS restore tool that can recover the BIOS from a previous version and restore the basic features. Please follow the documentation to do a reset of the BIOS.

  Have you tried to do a hard reset?

  What version of BIOS go you to?

  You said that 10 Windows is up-to-date.

  Have you tried to use the HP Support Assistant's updates also?

  You can try the following steps to reload the factory installed configuration of the BIOS settings:

  1. In the BIOS Setup utility, select the tab out.

  2. Select message Load Setup Defaults.

  3. Select Save Changes and Exit (pressing F5 and the Enter key will also load default configuration).

  4. Press ESC, then press Enter to exit the installation program.

• Missing Motorola privacy settings?

  I was looking for some information on my phone and was referenced in a region called the privacy of Motorola in the settings. I could not find, and I saw somewhere that its supposed to be between the language input and backup & reset the options in the settings app. There is nothing between the two for me and I can't find the Motorola privacy anywhere. I'm stock 4.4.4 on Verizon. No idea why this is missing?

• WRT54GS effective signal - vs settings update

  I have a router WRT54GS version 1 with firmware v. 2.07.1.  I've had it for awhile, but I've never been happy with its signal strength. Of course, I have defined a unique SSID for my network, and I use the channel 7 instead of the default string.

  Even when I lived in an apartment, I could only force of 50 to 75% signal to my Linksys 802 adapter. 11 b that I use for my TiVo.  Now in all of my house, I have substantially the same.

  It seems to me that there are two good options to try to improve the signal strength:

  1. upgrade to an adapter 802.11 g and make my network all-G instead of b/g.

  2 mess around with the settings of the router.

  3. update the firmware.

  I'll definitely make #1, and I don't have a lot of faith that #2 will help a lot - I would like to hear the thoughts of others on this.

  The firmware is old enough and I would like to update, but I'm a little afraid to play something up (especially since this version of the firmware doesn't seem to have the 'save configuration' option).

  I'd be afraid to update the firmware?  If something must are deceive (knock wood), there ways to recover?

  Try to update the firmware I would say. There is nothing wrong with updating the firmware.

  Your current firmware is 2.07.1. It's pretty old. The latest firmware is 4.71.4.

  Setup for WRT54GS is nearly identical to mentioned here.

  You need to reset the router when the firmware is upgraded. You will lose all settings once the router is reset. You can open the configuration page and reconfigure the settings. It might take a while but its worth the effort. Trust me, update firmware will not hurt on the outside, but instead to increase performance.

  DC is a little the version number, so we have Acrobat Reader (free) DC, DC and DC Pro (paid) Acrobat Standard Acrobat and Acrobat DC (which means either Standard or Pro, but not drive).

  CD player is configured to automatically update and without asking, so it is always up to date. Doesn't seem to be an option, I think that Adobe don't really want to give people the choice to ignore the vital security patches.

  I'm trying to customize the scroll buttons in a Muse slideshow widget to accompany the rest of the branding on my site. I drew custom left and right arrow images that I use as fillings for buttons that scroll slide show. However, it seems that the two buttons are related - if I fill out the custom with my left arrow left button, that it applies also to the button to scroll to the right and vice versa. I'm stuck with two arrows facing left or right two face those. Does anyone know a trick to UN-pair settings for the buttons? I want to be able to edit the content of each button individually so that I can fill each button with a single image.

• Cannot insert custom HTML or change the social widgets to update of available phone

  MUSE 2014.2.1.10, CL 787362 on CPU i7 Windows 8.1 24GO RAM

  Whenever I try to insert the HTML custom code in the pages of available phone I get a window that shows the Web page could not be found in a window that is too large for the size of the screen and cannot be resized.

  I'm adding scripts, css inline and code custom form.  Need to republish the changes and can not on mobile layout.  Its local code, but I get the page Web is not found error! It also does with social widgets built in...  The code is in the page on export, but you can't get a glimpse and since I can't resize the frame of 380px wide (he jumps back open), it throws out of my layout when exporting.   It is not just custom HTML but by changing or adding social widgets built in, such as Google maps, Facebook or other social media.  Forms, buttons, menus and compositions no problem... they work as they normally would.

  Preview mode gives me just the whole as empty page when I try to preview the page in Muse.  HELP I need to update the address and the form to match the site office but the error is persistent! and cancel not it revert to the previous content I just get the Web page is not found box even on cancel!

  

  

  Figured it out.  I have this code in the head for HTML on the D-Master to pass the site of the Office is they get there from a mobile link and are on a desktop computer.

  This messes up the preview and causes the document and inserted HTML to give the error.

  What can I do to get this to stop that happening in the muse?

  I would like to include in the header for all pages...

  or is there a better code?
